I was trying to do everything on line but it wouldn't complete for me. Ryan called me to help me sign up on the phone but the site still didn't let me submit. So I set up a time to meet him and got it all taken care of. Then he showed me to my storage locker and got the keys and how to work the lock. Very helpful and he also got me a locker close to the elevator, less walking for me and my husband with our medical issues.

Ryan was especially helpful getting me setup here. I couldn't find where to go and he helped me by showing which doors and elevators to take to find my unit. The facility is much cleaner than others in the area too.

Super easy process renting a storage unit from the Zachary Lane location in Maple Grove. The facility is very nice and clean and seems very secure! Ryan was very professional and easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend storing items here!
