Staff on site does the utmost to hide in their building while we have badly needed repairs to be made on our locker. This is far from the first time this has happened as well. Poor plowing job in the winter and failure to answer any of my calls are just the icing on the cake. Please address your staff at this location as I haven't seen them once in my many years of renting while their cars are parked in the lot daily.

Really great customer service Jessica was great with helping understanding online access etc . I love when ppl actually take the time to help not rush you out the door. I definitely felt like a value customer.

The snow plowing in winter is horrible they don't plow all the driveway. And the rent went up from 181. To 245. Not worth it.I tried to contact to get a smaller unit and couldn't even get a returned call.

I must say this was the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Jessica was so patient and so helpful, and she was able to handle me and customers as they entered. She was great at multitasking all in all. Jessica did a very good job and I will recommend for people to go see her!
