Dresses are clearly marked, organized by color and style, and kept clean in bags. The layout is exceptionally user-friendly, simple, organized, and clean, with a comfortable and modern seating environment. The dressing rooms are classy and nice, with robes provided. The shopping experience is super fun, allowing customers to shop how they want. The staff is friendly and super helpful, answering questions and pulling dresses when asked, though some reviewers noted they primarily help when approached. The appointment-only system prevents crowding and keeps the experience from feeling overwhelmed. For those who live far away, the special order and shipping process is explained well, with great communication and fast shipping. Many customers highly recommend Rubi Jubi and plan to return.

amazing experience at rubi jubi!! huge variety of dresses, and kelsey was very attentive and helped us with what we needed! we felt very bougie and found our perfect dresses.
