Came into get my son assessed for shoes due to his severs. The clerk did nothing but bring out random women's shoes. He didn't even attempt an assessment.I called before we left to ensure they offered the service and they said they did.

Great selection of quality running shoes and clothes. Not sure if the rep was the most knowledgeable on proper fit of shoes.

As a Novice runner and not knowing much about shoes I was blown away with the knowledge and customer service I received when I went into the RR. Dominic (and his associate) were more than welcoming and guided me through the process of which shoe would fit my needs and explained why. Extremely happy with the service and quality of this RR and will be recommending this place to all my fellow runners!

Amazing help! I received help from David and Matt at the Running Room on Saturday and I’ve never felt more respected and comfortable being helped by anyone at Running Room until then. The customer service is top notch and exceeds expectations. I’m happy to say that Running Room has been able to finally find workers who enjoy their job and are happy working with people.

Shopped here several times and always superb service. Dominic is excellent at addressing needs and offers appropriate knowledge and feedback to steer you in the right direction. He has helped both myself, and my two sons and we all have different running styles. Recommend and will definitely go back!

The manager, Dominic, helped me find a new pair of shoes today. It was towards the end of the day and he didn’t rush me one bit. He spent lots of time with me - explained each shoe and what makes it different. He was incredibly knowledgeable about running shoes and had great customer service. I highly recommend and will be back!

Worst customer service ever. I walked in the store (only customer in the store). Greeted by the salesman who very curtly told me the didn't have the item I was inquiring about. Pulled it out of my bag. He again corrected me. I then turned to the saleswoman to ask her about a return. She flat out said NO and told me to sell it on Marketplace. I for one will NEVER give Running Room my business!!
