AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Purchased tires a year ago= 17,000 miles of 65,000 mile warranty.
Today during my rotation (that took over two hours), they let me know that they need to be replaced.
When asked how they were going to honor the warranty, they said we could take $100 off your next set. I am not even 1/3 of the way through my warranty!

Don’t waste your time and money. Took my car in for new tires 10 am. Got new tires but drove it home and notice tires are not well balanced. Called to get it back in to get it balanced but was told to go in at 3 pm. Went back at 3 and nobody knows the hell going on wouldn’t help re-balance till I got heated and finally took it in. I watched dude who did it does not know the hell he doing. Dude keeps adding wheel weight, BRO take wheel weights off then start over!!! Test drove it again and it was definitely worst. I was done! Took it to discount tires and paid it to get re-balance. Staff at Discount tire even stated they put too much wheel weight on, probably kept adding. -5 stars if I could. Hire better tech!

DO NOT, (and I literally NEVER leave reviews) but seriously, don't use this location for your tire order, install, anything. They have completed screwed our order up 3 different times, and before moving ahead with another, I had to cancel. Sure, the prices are enticing, but the experience is going to be better elsewhere... trust me!!

Dont buy tires here. They sell you warranty and then never be able to schedule an appointment to fix anything. Store manager was the worse. Suppose to fix flat tires under warranty but you need to schedule an appointment but they don't schedule appointments for flat tires only to get new once.

Sam's has gone from bad to worst for customer service. The self checkout is disgusting. If you make an error checking out you have to get a refund rather than a correction that takes 7-10 days to receive a refund. This is ridiculous!!! When my club membership expires I will not be renewing.

I have been a member of Sam's Club since 1999. I'm trying to reach their customer service number, called several times, they do not answer the phone! If you need Sam's Club help, you better drive to the store to get it. Bad, bad service!!!!

I have been a member of Sam's Club in Maple Grove for over 10 years. I have done business with the optical department more or less continuously during this period of time. I have nothing but respect for the optometrist and feel the manager of the optical department is competent and customer-friendly. However, that department seems to be employing incompetent and rude assistant help. In particular, Paulette is probably the most rude, unpleasant individual I have encountered in many years. One does not like to be greeted when bringing in a prescription with "well, whaddya got, a prescription or something?" I ordered new lenses for my older frames. After the order but before I have received the lenses, the older frames developed a crack. I went into the club to see if something could be done. I can't believe that there aren't frames that would fit the lenses. However, Paulette told me there was "nothing to be done, the order is at the lab." I said I had a cracked temple. She shrugged and said the same thing again. I then asked if they sold replacement temples. She looked at me and rudely said, "What's a temple?" If a person selling glasses can't tell what a "temple" is, that person shouldn't be selling glasses.This is not the first encounter I've had with this person. She always acts like SHE is doing YOU a favor by waiting on you and is unfailingly rude and condescending. I complained to the manager on duty, but he was an assistant, so I intend to follow up with the club manager. At a minimum, this woman needs more training. At a maximum, if her record contains similar complaints, she should be fired. If I don't get satisfaction from the club manager on this, I will go higher to his boss. I am sick of this type of treatment, and will NOT let this die. I am NOT going to "go away!"

When you can get ahold of someone plan on being treated very rudely. They never answer phones. When they tell you it will take 30 mins it will take at least an hour. Don't plan on them updating you as well.Almost like they are doing you a favor.

It's impossible to call and schedule for a tire change. No one answers the phone and cannot schedule an appointment. Don't buy tires from Sam's or you'll be stuck with tires you can't get an appointment to change.

I got my tires changed here. They were done when they said they would be, and everything appeared to be done correctly.
