I honestly really like this store, but the checkout is horrible if you are paying cash. I have waited upwards of 30 minutes to check out if I want to pay cash. I choose not use my cards on purpose and at sams you are punished for this and while they have two employees walking around asking if you have card or cash and if you want do the scan and go plan they will refuse to open another lane. the floor manager at the registers was rude and condescending. Makes feel like I should just shop at Costco where at least customer service matters

The usual bulk purchase Big Box store their competitors Costco or slightly peeling and customer service and for that reason they get my five star rating they are above board especially at the time of closing where if you need to spend a little extra time shopping they are not insistent that you leave immediately I rate that option above their competitor costly cold which I also have a membership with . . .

Ordered on line for delivery Monday 03/03/25 between 1:00 and 3:00 PM. It did not get delivered . Called and they said it will be Tuesday today 03/04/25 between 1:00 and 3:00. Guess what, still no delivery. Big Big Fail. it is now 3:15 and still processing. I have been on hold for 20 minutes now. 3rd and now the 4th time no delivery in a year.

Please be careful about Sam's club membership. They will charge the last card that was swiped on someone membership. Even if you don't have a membership there. They just use the last card swiped to pay that person membership fee. Beware when you swipe your card to pay. If the persons card that you paid under doesn't pay there membership fee then they will automatically charge your card just to get that membership fee paid. You've been warned.

I was there and used the car wash. The belt pulled me fwd and as it pulled me fwd pushed the back half of my car off the track into the cash box and the poles. Customers were yelling at me about what was happening and I could see this in my mirrors. There were no employees to be found outside at the gas station as one of the customers went looking for someone for me. I had to call the store and it took over 15 mins for any employee to come out to “help” me. They weren’t very helpful in fact the guy was rude and raising his voice at me and said it doesn’t look like I’ve ever used a car wash before. They refused to help me and made me call my insurance company because I had roadside assistance to get towed out of your car wash. I ended up calling the police to file a report because the employees refused to help me. When the police arrived the guy that was rude to me was also rude to the police. I have never received such poor customer service before in my life and I work in the same field. I was a frequent customer that will take my business elsewhere. Needless to say I paid for a car wash that I never got because the whole cycle ran with me pinned to the cash box and poles. They even shut the lights off in the parking lot on the police and me once the police arrived. I couldn’t believe that and then they left for the night because it was at closing time for them.

I do like Sams Club however this past month I've come in twice to buy Mystic Chai spiced tea. The 1st time there wasn't any on the shelves anywhere. So I enquired on line a week later and they assured me they had it. I travel 88 miles round trip only to go a second time to find there was nothing on the shelves anywhere. Im rather frustrated 😠
If your not carrying it any longer please let me know. I'd rather not waste my time or my gas if it's no longer available.
If it is still available could your staff please put it out on the shelves so that as a customer, paying for a yearly membership can make it worth while.
Otherwise pls refund the remainder of my yearly membership.

We went to the pharmacy today & we’re surprised by the high costs of our prescriptions. We asked a few questions when another assistant/pharmacist started talking & raised her voice & said do you know your deductible, no we were not sure & she said, how do you expect me to know. Not very professional! We have been getting our prescriptions at Sam’s for many years. Now don’t know if we will continue. We probably should have been more informed, but did not like her loud remarks!
