I don’t like this Sephora. The employees are super pushy about getting your information. They then signed me up for Kohl’s rewards without my permission. If you are signing someone up for a rewards program you need to be transparent about what you are doing. The employees also don’t pay any attention to the customers in the store and you have to walk around and find them to be able to check out.

The employees are kind and friendly and try to help helpful, but the store itself is disgusting. Truthfully, unsanitary to test any of their products. Exposed testers covered in a good layer of dust dirt and hair. Broken samples and sparse, messy shelves. Maybe they’re renovating soon? Idk but Sephora was having a huge sale on the Sephora brand products - at least tidy those aisles??? Grossed me out.

Zuhha was awesome she met all of my needs and went above and beyond. Helped me from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Very great customer service. Do recommend this store.

Giselle took the time to research if their Clinique Foundation had salicylic acid in it for me over the phone and told me to ask for her by name so she could do a color match for me, she took the time to get me my birthday gift too. I will definitely be buying the Sephora Big by definition mascara I received as my gift. She did a great job color matching me and took the time to sympathize with me about having acne and oily skin. She told me her mission is to help her customers feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. I will definitely be back and grateful someone took the time to help me figure out which brand and shade to switch to.

My friend and I went to experiment with makeup — best experience ever! The workers were so kind, showed us how to sign up for rewards and complimented hilarious shades of lip colors on us. Their selection is also vast, we spent almost an hour here. Will definitely be back to see our new friend Barb?.

I went in today to purchase the Paula’s Choice 2% BHA exfoliant and saw there was a label maker price change on it saying $56. I lifted the sticker and the original price was $26. A $30 mark up is absolutely insane, so I went to the Paula’s Choice website to make sure it wasn’t the actual price, and the same product was only $28. I walked straight out. I’m not sure if it’s Sephoras doing or Kohls, but either way, over a 100% mark up on a product is ridiculous.

it's just ok, but don't expect the workers to go out of their way to help you, you have to ask them yourself, which is fine i guess. stuff is usually in stock

I went into this Sephora knowing nothing about skincare but decided to make a change, I asked an employee named Grace for some help and advice and she lit up and immediately helped me find exactly what I needed, she was extremely kind and helpful and I will be returning to this store soon
