I called in to this location to get a sprayer repack kit. The teenager who answered the phone didn't know what that was, told me to call back on Monday, and hung up on me. Taking care of contractors who spend thousands of dollars a year on paint, sundries, and equipment is not a concern of this Sherwin Williams location.

Everything is great, customer service 10/10. However, it's kind of hard to concentrate when picking colors because the tv is next to the color snap studio and the tv it's too loud and very repetitive sounds makes hard to concentrate

Garrett is very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to track down an older acrylic alkyd paint Sherwin Williams stopped making years ago and he found a store in the Twin Cities that had a couple gallons left. I really appreciate the effort and attention to detail!

Customer service at this location is terrible. Stain was out of stock during a promotion. When the stain finally came in, they refused to honor the discount. Bad business practice and worse customer service.

I stopped by the Brooklyn Park Sherwin Williams and found out that I was DRASTICALLY overcharged for the paint I had purchased at the Maple Grove location. It had been a new employee that rang up my purchase. So I wonder, how well was he trained in? And instead of reassuring me that the sale price is entered in the computer and my bill was correct, he SHOULD have double checked. It was a difference of $52.00 on 2 cans of paint!!! I’ll drive out of my way to go to the Brooklyn Park location from now on!

Honestly, I would go somewhere else or be prepared to waste money. Maybe other Sherwin-Williams paint stores are good, but this one is not. The staff members were not informative and helping a first-time customer in their store. They also did not tell me how much their paint would be nor that I would be unable to return it until after they made the paint for me. I also gave them exact measurements for the project I had and they weigh overestimated the amount of paint that I needed.

Outstanding customer service. Not realizing they close at 4:00 on Sundays, I showed up at 4:20, just as they were closing for the day. All I needed was a can of paint shaken and instead of apologizing that they were closed, they gladly opened up the store and shook my paint.I've shown up at some stores "before" they were closed and been turned away.Sherwin Williams will now be our go-to paint store in the future

Came in as a first time home buyer, excited to pick out paint and get expert advice. I had heard such great things about their customer service. Unfortunately that is the opposite of what I got. Not one person there asked if I needed help, and 3 separate employees walked right past me to greet couples/customers who were standing right next to me. Not sure if it's cause I'm young and it looked like I was there with a parent or something, but I felt so unwelcomed. A customer who was there noticed that I needed help and ended up answering my questions. So thanks to the customer I got some info I needed, but no help from the employees there.
