Dale at the Maple Grove Sleep Number store, provided excellent customer service from our fist visit to post-delivery. We chose to install the new mattress upon delivery. We had a few questions about pairing our new mattress with our older base. Dale provided immediate support and followed it up with a call the following day to make sure that everything was operating correctly.

Bought a bed there this summer & they registered it under another person who is not even in our family. Have made no attpts to rectify the situation.

I thought I ordered and paid for (expensive, by the way) a Sleep Number Bed that had a cooling feature as well as well as the ability to lift the head part of the mattress. Thank Website shows the bed that I ordered had both. It has neither. It's just a plain old, expensive mattress. I'm told it can't be returned for 100 days. I don't understand that at all?? No matter what I will return it.

Update: Well things didn’t go as planned. Sleep number was the bed that I’ve been working towards getting for a long time, unfortunately I had a bad delivery experience when they came out and they were unable to deliver my bed. While this was disappointing, I was actively looking to figure out a way to make it work and just left my order in limbo status while I worked on that. However, Dale called me about the order to find out what happened and as I was explaining what they said and stuff he asked some very racist questions about the delivery crew. It was at that moment that I decided I was not going to get the bed that I had been working towards for years because I have 0 tolerance for acting like anyone is less than based on their background.
Today I decided I was going to venture out into the public (yeah it’s scary but someone had to do it) and buy a bed. Not just any bed but a bed that would feel like I was sleeping on a supportive cloud. This adventure led me to the door of the sleep number store (nope not a poet but maybe I should be 🤷🏼♀️). Once in there I met Dale who was very helpful walking me through what options I had and which bells and whistles I wanted for my bed (obviously not literal bells and whistles because that would not help me get a peaceful night of sleep). In the end I ordered a bed that I feel will be the perfect fit for me. I give Dale 5 stars…even though he didn’t give me a free pillow….if he had I might’ve tried to find a way to give 6 stars but he didn’t so he only gets 5.

My husband and I went to purchase another bed from this company. They had him linked to another person’s account by mistake for the second time. They were unable to resolve the problem. Instead, their idea of a resolution to their mistake was to cancel the order, have us reapply for credit, and reschedule the delivery date! Very poor customer service. They did nothing to resolve the issue or to keep our business. One would think that by spending that much money for a top of the line bed, the company from which the item was purchased would have better problem resolution and better customer service. We will not do business with this company again.
