Rich did a great job of describing the beds and setting us up with the right one.

DON'T DO IT. DON'T DO IT. DON'T DO IT! Abbreviated Review:Our bed was defective. It did not accurately record sleep. We still had to pay a re-stocking fee to return it.IN A NUT SHELL:We were charged over $500 to try their bed for 45 days just to learn it was just a blow up air-mattress with a foam topper. The reason for my review is to save anyone else from this disaster! We considered upgrading for an additional $$$ but ultimately decided it wasn't worth it. ***I actually left the bed for 2 hours one night and the sensors said I was sleeping restfully. I folded a pile of laundry on the bed and it determined I was sleeping restlessly. The air chamber between both sides of the bed was somehow connected so every movement from my husband caused me to bounce. At random times during the night the bed would suddenly adjust. At any rate, the sensors had issues. We communicated this through the Sleep IQ app and got no response. We went to the store to explain and they tried to convince us to upgrade. We were told for the first time that the bed we chose wasn't a good fit for us.***We considered upgrading for an additional $$$ but ultimately decided it wasn't worth it. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE. The only photo I would share is my angry face.

We like our bed fair enough but our salesman was extremely pushy. Would not take no for an answer when we said we wanted a day to think about it. I bought it a week before memorial day and the salesman told me that there wasn’t going to be any better sale. Turns out the following week the website said there was free delivery. I reached out to customer service who said I was eligible eligible for a refund and I would need to reach back out after it got delivered. After I reached back out to customer service, I was on hold forever and was told that I didn’t qualify for the return. Extremely disappointed with any customer service for sleep number. Honestly wish I would’ve bought a different bed because of it. Might return.

We purchased a sleep number bed a little over two years ago. Spent nearly $10,000, California king, feet warmers etc. one side of the adjustable frame stopped working. I called the customer service number 10-20 times at different times. I was on hold EVERY time for 25 - 60 minutes. Every time I finally hung up. I called the store and they said they would have the company that services the frame call me. The did after a couple days. I was told they would have to replace the motor, they would call to set up a time. It’s been two weeks and I have not heard from them. My next step is to contact the Minnesota Attorney General’s office. All I want is for our $10,000 bed to work properly.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE. I have reached out many, many, many times. No one can seam to get a response from the company you use to fix the motor on the bed frame. If you really mean what you say, fix my frame now or, give me a new bed frame. This bed cost me $10,000, where is the customer serve I was told about during the purchasing process.

Very bad customer service. We ordered a Sleep Number from this location six weeks ago. The delivery was scheduled for today and the delivery technicians refused to deliver our bed because it was "unsafe". Our home is a new construction and it was completed in the winter so our driveway is still gravel. However, it's a 30 degree day and the driveway is completely firm so there would have been no problem to walk up the 30 foot driveway to deliver to our home. I'm 4.5 months pregnant and I've had to wait 6 weeks for this bed, now to discover that the Company won't expedite the second attempt at shipping and we have to wait another 2 weeks for them to attempt delivery again. The Company also won't give you a delivery timeframe until 2 days prior, so you can't plan at all. I had to stay home from work and cancel all calls today for the delivery, only to have to do this again. I unfortunately still don't have my bed so I can't even speak to whether the product was worth it, but even if it is an amazing bed, I wouldn't recommend ordering one due to the very poor customer service. Instead of being understanding and offering to squeeze in the shipping in the next day or two due to the poor service by the delivery technician, the customer service representative (Leonard) instead chose to yell at me and tell me this is all my fault and my home's fault. I even mentioned to this individual that one of the delivery technicians was very willing to deliver our bed, he had no issues with the driveway and did not find there to be any unsafe conditions. Unfortunately, the second individual refused to even leave the van and consider delivering so the customer service representative chose to rely on this and yell at me instead. Sleep Number refers to this delivery as a "Premium Delivery Service" but please don't believe this. You will pay way too much for this product to receive the delivery service they provide.

After many years on a sleep number bed we decided to try traditional mattress. The delivery company would not take the heavy black plastic base that comes with the sleep number bed, only the mattress. I loaded what must be at least 30-50 lbs. of black plastic in the back of my SUV and headed for recycling only to learn that Hennepin County Recycle will not take the plastic box, it has to go to a landfill. Consider the environment before you buy one of these beds!

The free 100 night trial is a lie! They delivered an inferior mattress that did not meet the specifications on their website. It uncomfortable and it didn't fit the frame. Then they wanted me to wait four weeks to exchange, that is just crazy. So I returned the mattress and they are expecting me to pay for both delivery and pickup of the inferior quality mattress. So the scam is they get money from you weather you like it or not. Don't buy anything from these thieves!

Very disappointed! We purchased the sleep number bed to help my paraplegic husband after he had surgery for a pressure sore. We were hoping the adjustable settings would be a benefit to him. After we had the bed pressure mapped, we found it put too much pressure on his bottom in the upright position. Next we had an issue with the cord staying connected to the base, which supplies power to the bed. After multiple conversations with employees, we were sent the wrong cord twice. Finally we were connected with a company (not even sleepnumber) who takes care of the base & were told that we would need to pay over $400 to get a new base! We spent a lot of money on this bed and are going to have to throw it out. What a waste! The salespeople at the Maple Grove store were very helpful. I don't believe that any of this is their issue, but the product and service is very disappointing. NEVER AGAIN SleepNumber - you lost a customer!

Thank you to Jordan at the Maple Grove location. He was kind and informative throughout the entire process of finding our bed! We never felt pressure, and he didn't judge any of our questions. We found exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

This is my second time purchasing a sleep number bed and this time I bought two beds. This time we got one for the baby girl. $6k later and less than a year later, already having issues with the chamber and the cover has to be replaced.. Calling Customer Service: OMG, calling them is a major pain in the... I am an advocate for good customer service and I cannot say that it occurred on either of my calls with them. I immediately asked for a supervisor, I asked for one 3 TIMES and she still continued as if I said nothing. The best part of this call to have my replacement handled? Was when she told me she was going to send two of the same item and I "may not" have to pay for it. This bed is under warranty are you kidding? Then she tried to tell me that it was 3 weeks out! Who wants to horrible sleep for three weeks? Not me, I said that was unacceptable and some how she found a slot within a week. She is ended the call with, "if your product doesn't arrive on time, you will need to call us back to reschedule." Are you kidding me?? The second time I had to speak to a rep, she misunderstood what I said and then tried to tell me what I said.. UGH! The worst! I'm not sure where they find these people, but please try again! Delivery: The new item arrived on time and the delivery guys were nice and fast! The delivery guy actually discovered that the cover was ripped and immediately ordered a new one and scheduled the delivery. (My second call, but she called me to confirm) Oh, and the wonderful thing about these beds that raise? You need to purchase sheets from Sleep Number as they accommodate the rising and lowering.. MAJOR draw back as these sheets are spendy!! Now, have to replace at least 7 sets that I already have because they constantly pop off!! So, consider the cost! (Thousands outside of the sheets!) I can whole heartedly say this will be the last time purchasing a sleep number, service alone is a turn off for me.
