Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called and spoke with a front desk rep and had a unique question about my stay but she didn't know the answer and told me she would have the manager call me back. She never did! I called back after several hours and reached a manager and explained my situation to him. He acted like he understood my question and told me they had plenty of the rooms I needed and everything was fine. I booked the room as stated via anniversary night and got a call back immediately. They wanted me to cancel my reservation and pay cash they said there was a misunderstanding (not my fault) I explained it thoroughly. The GM was put on the line and again I had to explain myself a third time. The GM Kim Olson told me that the staff is new and they don't know how to do their jobs and that there's nothing they can do because there are no rooms available!!! Online shows the rooms available and the manager told me that they had plenty available. I told her that she flat out lied to my face and that I was reporting her and then she tried to pretend I was escalating the conversation because she knows IHG will probably listen to the recorded conversation so she tried to play victim. All in all lastly I said it's ok , I don't want to bring my family to a place where we aren't welcomed. Kim Olson should be ashamed of herself!!Ps. I booked a room there in the past and they had no problem accommodating to my request. But Kim Olsonruined it for this location and I will never return there again.Pss. They have a ton of people who actually live on site with there care takers and are everywhere in the hotel and outside just wandering around. Just FYI.Reply- Upgrades are complimentary based on availability and status which I'm a platinum member. I called in to see if there were rooms available and if it was possible to use my anniversary night to book the room and was told "There are plenty of rooms available" go ahead and book it. I was polite and made sure to explain my situation thoroughly. You made it a problem when you brought up that you would be losing money because ihg would only reimburse you for a standard room and you got greedy. Once you realized you were in the wrong and admitted that your staff didn't understand my request, instead of being considerate you chose to pretend that no rooms are available for a Thursday night when plenty of rooms were available. Again room upgrades are based on availability/status which I called in to see if this was a possibility and was a victim of bait and switch.

The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the housekeeper "Jenni" otherwise, over time, I'm so irritated of my stay. I had a garage fire just over a month ago, and my ALE (Renter's insurance) booked my stay at this hotel. Apon getting settled, I noticed there was water on the lower shelf. No biggie, I wiped it clean . Well, I ordered a pizza, and the next morning, it was drenched . I notified a maintenance guy about it a day goes by and nothing. 2 or 3 days later talked to Mike or someone at the front desk, and still nothing. So, eventually, I ran into Jenni (housekeeper) and she went directly and talked to management about the refrigerator and I also started getting annoyed of the toilet that makes a screeching noise until the tank is full. Nothing happened until I finally got annoyed enough to contact ALE solutions. I get a phone call back from the hotel, and they went on to say they had no records of myself making any such complaint(s), but they'll get on it.. oh, they did, too. I came back, and the toilet was fixed, and a new refrigerator was there. Now while I should of been satisfied I was so annoyed that I didn't say crap and basically called me a liar. Hell i didn't complain that the room I checked into was pretty dirty as far as the carpet went (looks like that room hasn't been used in a month). Then at one point, maintenance was in the middle of swapping locks from card to card tap sensors, and my door shut properly 60 percent of the time. So finally, I go and ask about getting checked into another room on Sunday and they turned me down. I basically was about to make a call to make other arrangements to go somewhere else, and I get a knock on my door that they'll move me . Okay, sweet. So I moved into this new room and while stuffy I was pretty happy. Well, then I get notified that I had to leave earlier and make other arrangements for another hotel while I was at work . A bit perplexed, I went to the hotel that night, and "Andrew" pulled up my account, and there were no notes, and my stay was approved until the 25th. So this morning, I get another call from "ALE" explaining that I need to be out by the 13th as the room is booked. Hey how about give that room 147 to those people since at least it was okay for me to put up with a dirty floor the first week (I didn't even complain about to you guys about, loud people that stayed up all night doing a boot dance of some sort for 2 weeks. Naw, the only thing of my initial gripe was water dumping all over my freaking food, and eventually, the toilet became ridiculously annoying. Hell I didn't complain about the construction workers using the two rooms and I( also agree with how he has had to do the renovations is the most bizarre way which becomes annoying for guests and difficult for contractors to get work done efficiently). Kim and Desiree didn't bother even trying to make any other arrangements nor seem concerned of the fact of any of the bs that I put up with what so ever. I'll never stay here, and I'll be sure to let others know of 2 weeks of bs I got to deal with. Don't worry, Kim and Desiree. I got plenty of pictures and videos to share with anyone who wants to know what a great 3 star hotel with such a caring accommoding management team you really are. Andrew cool , Anthony cool , Jenni exceptional cool! Decent breakfast though I get up for work at 4:30 so mainly took part of that on the weekends. Otherwise screw this place.

It smelled and the beds were horrible, the bath tub was dirty. They are working on the hotel. Hopefully it gets better.

2 room suite:Issues/poor observations:-Chosen for having EV chargers - They weren't turned on and the front desk did not know how to turn them on. They finally turned them on at 7am which was a bit late for an overnight charge.-Some rooms face the interstate and would be a bit louder noise levels (our room was not this way)-AC is extremely loud and could not sleep with it on. Even turned off there was an air sound like a white noise machine on medium, at least I could sleep, but again, not quiet.-Ceilings are medium height yet the showers are installed at the lower point in the wall so anyone over 5'5" is ducking to get under the water.Quality items:Clean rooms/grounds - well kept courtyardGreat breakfast selection and quality. (See pictures for details)They are renovating but none of the renovations caused any inconveniences or annoyances.I did not use the pool or fitness center. The location is convenient.Overall nowhere near the level of what they charge for rooms at this time.Rooms: Clean, watch out for loud AC.Noteworthy details: Has EV charging if they know how to turn it on.

I travel for a living and since COVID hotels seem to be the last service sector to recover. No secret there. Some brands seem to be better than others. This hotel was the only one left to book in this region for my stay. The desk person was fine at check-in, the food service person was more concerned with smoke breaks. Coffee was empty and breakfast was not over.Thankfully, you can walk to a couple restaurants nearby. The room was OK, as usual the bathrooms are the weak link. You wonder whether they change sheets, but if you see other people's hair in the tub and sinks you know they aren't properly cleaning. Soap scum and rust on the fixtures - gross. Attached are a few pics to prove my point.

Really enjoyed our extended weekend stay here for a family event. The hotel was being remodeled, but the staff was very friendly and the noise and mess, if any, were all kept away from us. Breakfast area made for a great meeting spot for everyone, and there is every dining option you'll ever need within a short distance. I really appreciated the EV chargers and signage. This is such an awesome amenity and it was the reason I picked this hotel. Will stay again when we come back.

4 stars only because they are currently under remodel and there was a technical issue (not their fault, just a matter of inconvenience, however they got us checked in early; we have been on the road for over 25 hours with a busy dog so they moved as quick as they could to fix the technical issue and get us into a room, front desk was extremely helpful and friendly!).They have been extremely accommodating as we needed a ground floor unit because of our dog. They ran into a few technical issues that ended up being fixed while we explored the city. The bed is comfy, the pillows are firm, the room we started in and the room we ended up in were both clean. We were told we may have to move rooms again as they remodel but we were promised that they can try and keep us on the bottom floor. So far, we are happy with how things are going with the hotel.Walkability: There's plenty of places within walking distance of the hotel like Petco, Jimmy John's and 2 nail salons.

I booked through a third party who contacted me 2 hours before I was schedule to check in notifying me that my room choice was unavailable and offered me no accommodation. Thankfully I was contacting the hotel for an early checkin and they went out of the way to accommodate me for my stay. They were very professional, understanding and patient even though this was a third party error. I will in the future go directly thought the hotel for reservations and not a third party( Priceline). I even tried calling Priceline to complain and they were so rude. But thanks to Rise, Karissa, and James for saving my daughters birthday party.

5 week stay here. The hotel is undergoing construction - no problem there at all, very courteous during process.Sadly, the only staff who was friendly or even spoke was Jenny, the head of housekeeping. She went above and beyond every single time we saw or passed her. Other staff was lacking in friendliness, however not in proficiency.Beautiful property and spacious rooms.
