The two boys working today are very unprofessional. When we walked in, despite the line of 4 people in front of us, the dark haired boy (not wearing a hat, mind you - and wearing an airpod in one ear) interrupted his conversation with another customer to ask us if we were going to order. We got confused when walking in on where the line started as every subway location is different, but thank you for pointing out in front of everyone that we were a little lost. Also, I'm pregnant and asked for my ham to be heated up before placed on my sandwich and that seemed very difficult for him to comprehend such a request. When checking out, the same boy did not ask us if we'd like to use our subway rewards and when attempted to scan, the boy paid no attention whatsoever. These boys simply had no care for the people in front of them, they're just here to scrape by for a paycheck. Sad. Our least favorite experience at a subway, ever.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the breakfast I received. The steak and eggs were cold and unappetizing. I had to bite into a cold egg, which was absolutely gross. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to go back and request a refund. This is unacceptable, and I expect better service in the future.

They should take care of the line first. Instead they would rather do online orders. Maybe they have another person.

Not only the worst service I've received at a Subway, but at any restaurant ever. Having worked retail and the food service industry for years, I know how hard the job can be and would normally never leave a review unless it was positive, but the whole experience just sucked that badly. There were two male employees, neither of them said hello or smiled despite me smiling and being friendly. One of them was starting to make the sandwich but couldn't cut the bread so he tossed it in the garbage and his gloves and huffed like it was the greatest trouble in the world, looked like he was sucking on a lemon. The other guy came out, and I thought maybe he'd be better, but he just stared right through me when I said hello to him like he wished I wasn't there. Again, having worked in food, I get the feeling but still... it was just very bizarre. I had a long day of work and just couldn't stomach it and walked out to get something else. Will never go here again. Will still give 2 stars because it was clean and the food looked freshish.

The young lady who basically runs this place on weekdays is amazing! She is super friendly, fast & efficient!

Coupon scanner not working. I asked the dude if he could honor the price and type it in manually... he said, "they don't like us to do that". Horrible business contingency for an outage. This is also the same guy that said, " next time tell me what you don't want on the sandwich... It's easier".... And also the same guy I heard bickering with another employee right in front of customers. He's good toxic AF.

First visit here and first time to Subway since 2020. Great service very friendly. The sandwich was awesome. Very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this location if you are in the area

The place is not appealing to dine in. Doesn't have a drive thru, then you have to walk in, and they should add Napkins to the orders to go.

This is my go-to Subway near my house. I'll be honest, I almost always use the Subway app to order, but am always so happy when I do. My order is ready to go and I am in the store for less than 10 seconds. The employees always say hello and thank you and my order has never had any mistakes.
