Ron was so helpful and prompt with service. We had a small leak and it was a simple fix, however he took the time to look at other parts and found debris that was causing the water softener to not work efficiently. This was all same day service and very friendly. Definitely would recommend Taplin to others!

We had Tony put in a new water softer for us. It looks amazing, he was great with communication, he was able to come out the next day after we reached out, and he installed it within an hour! We are so happy we went with Taplin!
