If you have choice don’t use this store. For a simple tire swap I had to sit and wait for 2 hours. Unbelievable!!! Ended up paying $110 for a simple stuff. Awful service.

This shop needs a new counter person. The guy was so rude I had to walk out. Had to ask me the same question 3 times before he actually listened. Their loss. I needed transmission fluid change and new tires for two vehicles. Not spending that kind of money and being treated like this.

Picked up vehicle and after $230 plus issue wasn't fixed or even better, in fact new issues were present. Mostly there was no comunication while I was there the first time. Took vehicle back to the same TP the next day, this time they walked me throught all of it, I was wrong on what I thought. I guess I didn't trust TP a this time. I stopped going to the Plymouth MN location, there I wanted tires balanced, she told me she saved me $60 because I needed $5,000 worth of work done. Took it to two different shops and they said none of it was needed at this time. Had one of them balance the tires and all was good.

I dropped my car off Saturday night for them to look at it Sunday. I called them at 8am to tell them my car was outside and what was going wrong with it. I called around 1pm and they said they haven't looked at it yet. They FINALLY called me at 4pm and told me that they do not have the equipment to deal with my car!!! Wasted my whole Day!!!! I will not return to ANY tires plus!!

Stop by for their free air, on a very chilly day. The technician ardently tried to get air to go into the tires. But they were froze, so he couldn't do much more. Did his best

Appointment 7am on 1/3/2024Issues-Store opened late 7:15ish-Waited 30 minutes only to be told the tires never arrived. A tech was sent to grab the tires.-45 minutes later told they ordered the wrong size tires, and the correct size won’t arrive until tomorrow 1/4/2024 at 10am- I tried a different location to get a better experience, and this is by far the worst.You just can’t make this stuff up. WOW!

I made an appointment on the phone, was taken in immediately, my truck was serviced immediately and I left the shop in about 30 minutes!

Had an oil change scheduled for 1pm on a Tuesday. My husband brought my car there and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete the oil change and inspection. Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention in the inspection report they said all 4 tires are close to end of useful life and I need a new air filter and cabin air filter. It was 3 months ago I brought my car to Christian Bros Auto and they replaced both of those air filters and checked my tires and they all passed inspection. I've put less than 700 miles on my car in the last 3 months since I work a hybrid schedule and don't have far to travel on office days. I just feel like they are trying to add on unnecessary services. Won't go back to the Maple Grove location.

I made a 9am appointment a few days ago for a simple tire rotation. When I got there they told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait. For having made an appointment prior to showing up, that is ridiculous! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SHOP...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My mother came here to do their yearly alignment, tire rotation, etc deal for $100, I believe. My older brother suggested it to her as he lives in mankato and has not had an problem there. To save money, she decided to do it. However, when getting her alignment done, she later went to get her oil change the next week at Honda. Honda told her they could to the alignment for her because it was off, but she said tires plus did it for her. According to Honda, they did not do it correctly. So she later that week took it back to tires plus to fix it and immediately went back to Honda if they did it correctly. Do you want to know what happened? They did not do it right again. My mother asked for papers to show tires plus and came back to this location again to have them correct it. She did pay $100 for the deal so why couldn't they do it right the first time? Again, she went back to Honda to see if they did it right. You guessed it, they did not do it right. At this point, she had Honda do it and paid them. Upon reviewing this company and the many complaints, I am glad I do not have to deal with this. Take your business elsewhere. I have always gone to discount tire.

Very professional and interactive service at this location. I drive past several Tires Plus locations on my way to this location because the service there is so much better and makes the extra drive worth it.

I came in for a leaky tire repair. I was given my tire lock completely useless after about 1 hour and 30 minutes of the appointment (see attached). Technician said he attempted to tap it in with a hammer. They were using over a foot long torque wrench when they called me over. Upon inspection, there were shards of medal were inside of the grooves of my tire lock nut.I would look elsewhere.

Brought my car to the shop today for an engine coolant and oil leak on my car, I already knew where the leak was coming from before hand. I spoke with Jason and to my amazement he brought me into the shop and showed me exactly where the problem was along with other issues I was aware of which were spot on. Most places you go to will up charge or repairs on something that is irrelevant or unrelated. The moment Jason showed me all of this, he has earned my trust, they did all the work they said they were going to do and at no point did they up charge me for unnecessary repairs or anything. I for sure will be coming back in the future
