I am extremely disappointed in the inconsistent customer service. Many associates are excellent, but during the last year I have had several negative experiences. I've twice had associates walk away when I asked them where something was located. I was looking for a certain type of dirt, and the associate told me, that's what we have, and 'dirt is dirt'. (Your website said it was in stock). Today I went to checkout a product at customer service because it was marked down because it had been used. The associate told me to take it to the checkout area. He was sorting something. I explained why I was at the customer service desk and he told me to 'wait in line'. He then when on with his uncustomer related task. It's too bad a few associates can ruin the efforts of several helpful employees.

We ordered carpet from Home Depot, Maple Grove. They hire Crew 2 to do their carpet installation. Our carpet was supposed to be installed 5/27/21. When nobody showed up I called to see where they were and was told the installation had been canceled. We were never contacted about the cancellation. Nobody called to reschedule it so I called again and was told it would be installed 6/16/21. When nobody showed I called and was told they couldn't find the carpet. Within a half hour I was called and told they found the carpet but it wouldn't be installed because the installers didn't have it with them in their truck. I was then told the installation would happen 6/21/21. I was called that morning and was asked if our carpet was already installed. I told them I was expecting someone between 8:00 - 10:00. I told Crew 2 I expected it to be installed that day. When nobody showed up, I called three different numbers and was only able to leave messages. Nobody returned my call. I called and spoke with a manager at Home Depot and was told we would receive a full refund. Crew 2 gets an F- from me. Home Depot gets 2 stars because they work with Crew 2. I have seen MANY negative comments about Crew 2. The manager was very gracious about the refund but they shouldn't hire such dysfunctional sub-contractors. We will never order anything from Home Depot again that needs to be installed. They hire Crew 2 for several different kinds of home remodeling jobs. KS

This is to thank Ms. Helen at HOME DEPOT Maple Groove MN. for her extraordinary service for my recent order.I live in California and have a rental property in St. Michael , MN. that required a new water softener. Helen helped me get Home Depot Credit Card, place an order for my requirement and arranged for an installer. This is a 5-star service done all on the phone. disappointed to see that they are not caring for their customers by requiring their employees to wear masks. i called to talk with the store manager and their automated system hung up on me. I'll shop at menards where i feel safer

I just placed an on line order to pick up in store..... when i went in to customer service to pick it up...i was dismayed to find all employees not wearing masks and also not practicing distancing. Saw multiple clusters of 3-4 employees standing and chatting.....DURING THIS Time DO NOT EXPOSE YOURSELF INTHIS STORE.....GO TO A COMPETITOR THAT USES COVID GUIDELINES

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called at 8:30am to reserve a trailer for 12:30pm pick up and was told that they couldn't, even with volunteering to pay a deposit. The rep that answered the phone was extremely rude about it as well. I Called back two hours later so that I could reserve the trailer for a 12:30pm pick up and was told that they are all out. Obviously, I was not happy about it as I waited 2 hours to reserve as the rep previously told me. The rep then said "I told you we can't reserve them" which was a lie because he just told me that they can reserve for up to 2 hours the previous time, but again i wasn't able to pick it up until at least noon. Will never rent anything from Home Depot. Waist of time.
