What a jerk I had to deal with there (Feroze). Had all my court documents showing I was appointed a Conservator & just wanted to know if the person had any accounts there. No problems with any other bank, but apparently, according to Feroze "there could be many people with accounts with this name". Uhhmmm, no it's an unusual name - he finally verified there was no accounts for the person, but what an unpleasant person & experience!

I recently decided to get a HELOC and went with TruStone Financial. During the process, I met Carla. She is the most knowledgeable and helpful banker I have ever worked with. Kind, patient and honest. Rates are good and there are FANTASTIC incentives for moving all of your banking to TruStone - so that's what I did. I've been with Wells Fargo for almost 30 years, so this was a big step to take, but a good one so far! If you're curious about TruStone, meet with Carla.

I was traveling yesterday on 12/9/23 and received information that I had late fees on a TruStone Visa card account. I called and was put in contact with Carla Scanlon of the Maple Grove office. Less than a few months of being with them and my partner's information was stolen. He was not contacted by any fraud department notifying him for thousands of dollars worth of unauthorized charges on his account: no contacting him or freezing his card due to suspicious activity.If you want an auto-loan, don't trust them. Carla only cared about getting the most money and involvement for the company and didn't listen to what my partner wanted: encouraged taking out more, not paying during their promo while it accrued interest, etc. She tried getting me to switch too. His information was misentered into their system which complicated his ability to access his assets and getting his car. Very disappointed and encouraging him to switch.

Had two bad experience in last 10 days. Both with customer services. They were not able to resolve my issues. After being on hold and told they could help me. They left me on hold for over 15 minutes. Never came back to me. So it sent me back as a fresh call. Wanted all my security question all over again. Pass This problem need to be address during regular hours. It would of been nice to know that up front. I went to the bank the next day. the issues got solved. The other issue got resolved by calling back. Talking to someone who knew how to handled my issues. I'm not sure there trained to know what they can and can't do.

Cody in Member Services has been truly a gem to work with. Because of him I'll be returning to the credit union world once again. He made me realize what I was missing. He made my transactions so efficient. He was amazing to work with. I'm not sure why this location has a 3.4 rating because every time I went in I've gotten Excellent service.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location today. I went in to do a name change, I provided my replacement drivers license that was voided with the white paper that had my pic on it. With my debit card and the banker told me the paper ID was not valid as a stand alone ID. Clearly it was not stand alone because it had the voided ID to go with it. He started to ask me to email him my utility bills to verify my address. I’ve never heard any bank asking for utilities bill to verify address. He was so incompetent to do his job he later told me my original divorce decree was no good because it was from overseas. But it’s a legal document and the DMV used the same document to update my name. I love TruStone as a bank and this was my first bad experience.

I can only assume the people giving bad reviews don't bank at the Maple Grove branch. I left Wells Fargo after banking there for many years, and can't say enough about the quality of people and services I've received there. I'm pushing my two sons who recently moved into the Maple Grove area to open accounts and establish a banking relationship there.

The worst service a bank can provide. Everyone in the company is doing the bare minimum and going through the motions sloppily. The higher ups in the company "check emails" all day but can never actually manage their mistakes.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience with any of the employees that I’ve dealt with. Unfortunately, in my 28 deposits into a business account this year, on four different occasions the person taking care of my deposit put my funds in the wrong account creating overdrafts, which should never have happened in the first place. They were apologetic and corrected their mistakes, but it’s cost me over two hours of my time.

I was with Firefly before they merged with Trustone. Firefly was the perfect, convenient kind of credit union you always want to be with. Even thier app was perfect. They were absolutely so convenient. Then they merged with Trustone. Then the complete opposite happened. I hate thier app and dislike thier features. They are rigid and inconvenient. Ugh. HELLO TRUSTONE. WAKE UP AND TAKE SOME LESSONS FROM FIREFLY ON HOW THEY DO THINGS.
