First off I wanted a new set because a nail came off and I know I will be due for a new set soon anyway. The women that I had was nice however did a horrible job. Filling is very important to me. I like mine Square, well on each nail 1/2 is square the other side is rounded they look like crap. Didn’t glue under so now my real nail is separating from the acrylic nails. After paying $50 + they should look great. I will never go back.

Ruby truly takes my breath away every time I come in to get my nails done! No matter how difficult my crazy ideas are for my nails, Ruby always comes at them with an amazing attitude and SUCCEEDS and SURPASSES my expectations!!! The atmosphere here is so fun and everyone is truly so nice. Checking in and last minute appointments are a breeze and the support from all the nail techs truly make it a spa and self care day. Turbo Nails - Maple Grove is amazing, I appreciate you all!!

May did my pedicure recently and it was BY FAR the most through and detailed pedicure I’ve ever experienced. She was very good at making sure she got all of the calluses on my feet. A great massage included. And my nails look wonderful! I will definitely be requesting her from now on. I’ve had many pedicures in my life and this one was outstanding.

Horrible!!!!
I wanted the basic pedicure, they kept telling me to get the luxury pedi...which I declined. My feet was barely touched, she left the dead skin on it. When I complained the receptionist said I need to get the luxury one to get the dead skin off. After going here for 3 years. I will never go again.

I asked for a refill of my nails which had been done with powder. They redid my nails with Gel in order to charge more. Tech was good. But nails are too thick. Feel like chicken claws Not returning. These people did not do what I requested. Did whatever they wanted and the finished product was horrible. I looked at my nails everyday and can’t believe such terrible job. I should go in person and let them know I never request gel. These people!!! Never returning. They lost a customer while trying to make/ charge an extra buck.

They are the BEST nail salon in the metro area. I use to live in Maple Grove and have since moved to Wayzata and I still drive up to see T, hes so awesome, the only guy there and he's great at eyebrows too. I absolutely love this place and will NEVER go anywhere else. T knows exactly how I like my nails and he's on point with doing them perfect
Cleanliness: The salon is beautiful, including the bathroom! And that is saying something! A positive thing ladies!! T keeps his salon very clean and tidy, no sharing germs, no worries when you come to get pampered at Turbo Nails in MAPLE GROVE, MN. Thank you for that as well T!! We ladies appreciate that, so leave the salon with a big smile on your face cuz that’s what T wants every day when he opens that door:)
Stylist: T was my stylist and he is ALWAYS on top of his game. He’s amazing, you can explain what you want, specifics, and he will do just what you had asked. I’ve been going there for more than 7yrs now! He’s my nail dude!

I’ve been going to Turbo Nails for pedicures 15 years. They’ve always done a great job; I think I’ve had a less-than-perfect experience maybe once, and that’s a great success rate. I don’t go to be pampered; I get the basic pedicure almost every time, regular polish, not gel. I don’t go for chit chat (I’ve usually got my nose in a book), and I could care less whether the massage chairs work (although they almost always do) or whether the nail techs speak to each other in Vietnamese. They’re quick, competent, friendly but businesslike, and very affordable. 15 years ago they charged $20 for a basic pedicure; today I paid $33. That’s not bad at all. I’m a satisfied customer and I’ll continue to be a loyal one.
