If you come in to have something notarized, you will be treated as a second-class citizen. The people with packages will be waited on before you. That's my personal experience anyway...

Put wrong label on the box we literally paid to have printed in the store while we were there. Should have been an easy “grab it off the printer and send it” but he put someone else’s label that apparently was printed before mine. Sent hundreds of dollars worth of product somewhere else.
The owner/manager is completely incompetent and will nickel and dime you to death to make a buck. (Seriously, it’s embarrassing and slightly concerning how money hungry this guy is)
Drive the extra few minutes and go to a store that knows what they are doing and actually cares about what they are doing. (not the Roger’s location either, he manages that location as well)

I needed photos for a visa application… the owner took them for me. They looked very professional and the visa was approved :) The owner, Gopal, is a great person and always goes out of his way to assist customers. The staff is friendly and always gets you taken care of.
