I switched banks, the only account I have still there is my mortgage account which I can't refinance to a lower rate. I had a bad interaction with the branch manager a couple of years ago. I ended up switching to a credit union and that was the best banking decision of my life.

Went to cash Minnesota 2021 tax rebate check which was drawn on U.S. Bank and was told there is a $7.00 fee to cash it for non account holders. If a check is drawn on the bank there should NOT be a fee to cash it. I don't recommend doing business with corporations that have such poor business practice.

Went in for a deposit and the line was long several emploees steped up and helped. They got the line finished up in no time. It was great to see team work.

I have driven to this bank multiple times to either deposit checks, deposit cash or withdraw cash from the ATM and it is often not working. Once, I deposited about $200 worth of cash (I submitted small amounts at a time) and it choked on my cash. It gave me a slip of paper that said I had to call a phone number to confirm the transaction AND money wouldn’t be deposited for awhile. Ridiculous. Fix your ATM.

They got rid of the drive-through ATM, and now there's a sign up that says that lane is for "ATM Business Night Depository Only." Not sure what that really means. The ATM is only for business deposits at night? The ATM is only for Business, and businesses can only deposit at night? In any case, I can't deposit there, during day or night. Which is stupid.

Less than one star for sure.What a mess of a organization! No system for helping customers.Just wait and some random employee wanders around without any purpose.We wanted to put in 25k in a certificate,but we waited while others were being helped ahead of us. The blank,clueless expression of the staff reminded me of training at a fast food restaurant.We ended up going to a branch closer to home that was busy too,so we made an appointment for a the next week.The Maple Grove parking lot was cramped with narrow lanes .Some customer was trimming his finger nails into a waste basket a staff member must have given him! WOW!-What a terrible experience .Get a system for serving customers!

If you could avoid doing business with them, you're better off doing so. Unfortunatley, my mortgage loan was sold to them and I'm stuck with them, not by choice. If you do get stuck with them, hope you never have to deal with their abysmal customer service or endless phone calls. I've had calls to customer service, "senior" reps, supervisors, mortgage agents, and onsite agents. 90% have no clue what is going on and just parrot the same phrases or pass you to someone else. Be ready to repeat your issues, explain what's going on as they have some poorly trained agents, have your concerns not addressed, and be sent useless email adresses who never even respond. I had to get some fees waived and asked to speak to their supervisor in which they proceed to play telephone while I waited on hold several times, before getting me to the person I asked for from the start. Overall: unproductive waste of time, bad accountability, much needed improvement, unsatisfactory, and horrible policies. It's saying something when Wells Fargo's CS is easier to deal with...

I had an appointment and was only there for 10 minutes. the lady I spoke with couldn't give me the correct answers for questions about checking accounts. seemed like she had no knowledge about checking accounts or anything I would ask. very unknowledgeable. so i left after 10 minutes . never going back to this location

My wife and I use this bank branch exclusively for many years. We have had excellent service and the tellers are all knowledgeable and efficient. I am very pleased with the move also the new location is great and we are able to get in and out without a problem.

Every time I try to use the ATM it is never in service, and it looks like that is not unusual. Before offering your heartfelt apologies read your ratings and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Horrible experience. The bank manager informed us that a bank account could be closed for any reason or no reason at all. We had a business account that they closed after saying they could not get a hold of us which is not true. The bank manager had no interest in maintaining our business.

Trash atm machine stole my deposit of 130 cash. No info on My account all I get is a bonus receipt. Done with us bank . How hard is it to get properly working atm machines? And call customer service? I'm on call 4 rn and they don't have a clue either. I'm dropping you guys after 13 years as soon as this is resolved. Going with a credit union. This has been a downhill Rollercoaster the last 5 years and I want off.
