Went inside and there were no lights on or even anyone at the counter like they were open. So i left assuming they were closed and hours on google were not updated. All i wanted was as to cash a postal money order check.

They need to update their hours on Google. They definitely close at 6pm.

There is zero indication that there are postal services located inside. I asked several people as I was walking in if they knew if there was indeed, a post office inside. Their answer was no, as in, nobody knew...After looking around inside, I finally went to customer service. They said that indeed, they are contracted to the USPS, and can provide BASIC postal services.I needed a service that uses the QR code, so, my service was not available.

When asked where I could forward mail the manager condescendingly said \\\"The real post office\\\". Wow. Never go here.

This PO totally sucks. We go out of town every winter for 2 months. I put in for a temporary change of address. I cancelled the order when we get back. In the past 12 days I received 1 piece of mail. I have not received even junk mail. Called them and they confirmed that the order was cancelled. I have had other problems also. Like they deliver mail to my address even when I have a change of address ( this happened twice)I think someone there needs to be in charge

Slow service. In multiple occasions, they have been very rude to me and my family. Prefer the osseo one

The three times I have been to this post office have been a complete waste of time. The workers hate their jobs and it is very apparent. They are crabby and often will tell you to switch lines a few times before someone actually will help you. Worth the drive elsewhere for better service.
