Great service! Staff is kind and knowledgeable and I never feel pressured to add on any services.

Waited for an hour with one car in front of me but cut my losses and left for a few reasons. There was no urgency from the staff and they were seen standing around most of the time. Nobody come out to address the wait time or shuffle cars around that have been waiting in line longer. Simply embarrassing level of service. It's faster to make an appointment at a reputable shop.

I specifically asked that they check my tire pressure during my oil change, as the cold weather was causing my TPS to go off. The guy spent so much time trying to convince me to buy a cabin filter or other overpriced add-on services, he couldn't even get that right. They waved me out, but never checked the tires. So down the road I went, TPS lights ablaze.

If you wanna done right the first time. I suggest Valvoline. They do everything and they do it right. Everything done right is worth the wait. Qualified techs you can't beat it! Thanks for everything!

Took them 45 minutes to change a light bulb. Normally I don't like to complain. I had my small 2.5 year old daughter with me and I kept asking if everything was okay. Apparently they had someone new, and the new guy unscrewed my fog lights, and they had to screw them back on. kept us these way past closing time. My daughter was crying in the car and asking to go home, and I couldn't even leave because it was dark out, and I needed my light done. I like the company but will not go back to this location for a while.

Let me wait in line for 30 minutes knowing that I was there for an oil change only to tell me that they didn’t have my oil filter in stock and they ran out yesterday. If you knew you didn’t have it in stock, the least you could’ve done is told me when you asked why I was there when I pulled in. Thanks for wasting my time!

I was 700 miles before the next oil change and the engine seized. No oil found in the engine. Check your oil after they show you. I no longer have a car due to their under trained staff.

After I pulled behind another car waiting for an oil change, an attendant came and told me to back up because they might need to be moving the people around for proper turns. I told her they should have a sign telling customers the protocol. I backed up, got out of my car and went to the guy behind me and apologized, I wasn't trying to budge. He was totally understanding and we were having a nice conversation. Next thing I have a male attendant asking me if he could be of help. I told him I didn't need his help, I already did what I was told. I witnessed an attendant making people move cars ahead of me and decided your process is ridiculous and left.

My last oil change was done at the Maple Grove location. I had my oil changed today. When the mechanic removed the oil drain plug, the plug had been stripped. When he removed the oil filter, it was the wrong size for a 2004 Ford-150 Heritage.I will never take my vehicles to Valvoline again.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

If your looking for a quality auto service company you can trust, I would suggest staying away from this location. My wife and I have been customers of this Valvoline for the past 5 years and over the course of this last month, the managment at this location (Riley & Trention) have made if abundantly clear to us that they do not care about their customers and certainly don't stand behind the services they offer here. Our Situation:My wife's 2017 Nissan Rouge broke down while she was travelling with our 9 month old son. She was left stranded on the side of a road for two hours waiting for a tow and a friend to pick them both up. The car was towed to our local auto shop and after about a 5 minutes of investigaion, they found a sensor that had been clogged as a result of the AIR FILTER WAS INSTALLED BACKWARDS. The sensor and filter were replaced and we recieved the bill outlining this situation in specific detail.Valvoline Response:Valvoline managment ran a Carfax report on our vehicle, after I had initiated a reimbursement claim, and confirmed that the Maple Grove - Valvoline was the most recent oil change that had been performed (including their usual air filter checks), but according to their policy, if you don't call them immediately after discovering their mistake, they wipe their hands of any and all responsibility...Pretty convinent policy to cover yourself from almost everything when most people just tell their auto shop to fix their car and get them back on the road as soon as possible...I understand that mistakes like these may happen from time to time, but to sit back and tell me that there is no way to difinitively determine who is responsible for this is a flat out lie. I know it, the entire Valvoline team knows it, and now everyone reading this knows it as well.

Waited 55 minutes. $100.89 for an oil change. Tried to tell me my air filter was dirty and when they showed it to me it looked almost brand new. Full synthetic lasts 7500-15000 miles but only put 3,500 on my sticker. Why would I be paying $100 for an oil that lasts 3,500?

In line for an hour before I decided to leave. Only two people were working on a Sunday morning. Go to Take 5 in Brooklyn Park for better service.
