Very pleasant sales associate. Eager to help. Knowledgable. Both my husband and I bought accessories—phone plugs, cords, cases plus the new i15 phones. We should have waited and gone to Best Buy online and bought the same accessories for much less. A very minor discount was given at the Verizon store-disappointing. But surely enjoying our new phones.

In my opinion this is the best none corporate Verizon retail store. Don’t go to the maple grove corporate store you will wish you hadn’t.

Bought a new iPhone and a new iPad. Caleb was very helpful and told me about new things he thought would be helpful. I was able to use both devices successfully right away.

I stopped at the Verizon store on Fountains Drive in Maple Grove and the customer service was horrible. The man I talked to was very rude. So, I went to the Verizon store 2 miles away on Wedgewood Dr. and the customer service was extraordinary! Caleb was awesome.

Waited 30 min in que. Told representative what I wanted and didn't want She continued to go through he script asking me the same questions multiple times. Went in the "back room" to check on phone availability and trade in "coupons". Left me standing at a desk over 10 min. and showed me a quote that included everything I said no to. Then she told me I couldn't pay for a phone as all phones they sell have to be financed. According to two other stores-that is not true. Terrible experience

Customer service almost non existent. Two guys working who looked annoyed to help once they realized we weren’t there do buy new phones. During our interaction one guy yelled across the store to the guy helping us about what food they were ordering. Spicy? BBQ? Coke? Small medium large? This card number? How much to tip? Seriously?? You couldn’t wait to have the conversation after we finished up? Or maybe walked up next to each other and quietly asked? So weird. So unprofessional. Not helpful at all with any of our questions either. Kept deferring to call 611 and they’d help. What are you there for? To eat apparently.

Ethan was very patient with all my questions and took his time to explain how the phone and the watch worked. He told me I could call anytime with questions. He is very personable and knowledgeable and is a great representative for Verizon.

Great customer experience. Verizon corporate should replace their team and hire these guys. Don’t bother with corporate, don’t care. These guys however, will get it done.

We went in to Verizon and originally met with Seth to upgrade my daughters phone. He did have to order it, so it took a couple of days. He was wonderful to work with. When we went in yesterday, Mariya greeted us, got the new phone up and running, with all data transferred in less than ten minutes! She was so nice to my children and we exchanged small talk. She was extremely knowledgeable and taught us some features on our new iPhone. Could not be happier with the customer service here! You guys are simply awesome ?

I am blown away by how impressive the service was at this store. Not only was I greeted by the most welcoming team members but they paid such acute detail to my needs, I have never felt more supported. If anyone has any phone service needs or just wants a superior customer experience this place fits the bill.
