THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK ON SOMETHING, OMG! I get the SAME medication every 60-90 days or so. I mean, at this point, they should ANTICIPATE THAT IM GOING TO REQUEST IT! I NEED THIS MEDICATION! Yet, they never have it! Even something as simple as hydrocortisone for my toddler - they never have it I sit on the phone for nearly half an hour to 1 hour for them to tell me that they’re out of stock. Terrible management!
I honestly don’t know why Walgreens AND most pharmacies have gone down hill so badly. The online patient account does not work on my end UNLESS they send me a link with a prescription update. Otherwise, when I log in, I can’t do anything — like see my current or previous prescriptions or request a refill. Additionally, the wait is always extremely long. That’s not a complete problem because I need to practice more patience. However, the ISSUE is communication. There virtually is NONE unless you call in. Otherwise, they will make you wait the longest time possible for your prescription. I have uncontrollable medical issues and dealing with Walgreens is such an unnecessary stressor.

We literally waited 15 minutes in line and there was ONE car in front of us. Clearly their order wasnt ready. They need to tell people to get out of line if they dont have a prescription ready. (They can get back in line when its ready). No different than if a person orders at the counter!

Had a not so good experience. The pharmacist was not helpful and said to wait 2 hours if I need his help.The didn't had my medicine but weren't willing to tell me which walgreens location has it. They said I should visit or call each walgreens to know if other locations have in stock.Such egoistic pharmacist are not customer friendly.

Every time I call I am on hold for over 30 minutes, then the phone rings a few times and hangs up. They are the most unhelpful people I have ever talked to. They have messed up my insurance and have caused me 12 hours of phone calls with my insurance and previous insurance to discover that Walgreens is the problem. Would not recommend using this pharmacy. I would rather drive an hour every time to pick up my prescriptions than go here.

Joined walgreens portal to manage medications, seemed like a great tool. It’s been over a week since I transferred my medications to this pharmacy from out of state and provided my insurance info via the online portal. I require this medication DAILY and must have it this morning and the site said it would be ready today but the status has been stuck in “verifying prescription.” I waited 25 mins on the phone only to be hung up on right as there were no longer callers ahead of me. Back waiting on the line for another 20+ mins to find out why my medication is still not available, the very nice pharmacist is completely understaffed and said the medication is READY for pickup. Also, the cost of prescriptions here is 3x the cost of HYVEE, with insurance and GoodEX coupons, I will absolutely be transferring elsewhere asap. This is completely disgraceful, especially when providing medications!!

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. Period. Snarky staff and a disillusion that they are somehow medical doctors. So much so that they override and nullify prescriptions from actual doctors. There used to be good pharmacists on staff. Now, they have gone completely downhill and have an incompetent pharmacist running the show most of the time. A pharmacist is supposed to ensure that a patient is getting the correct medication, with the correct dosage and confirm that there are no adverse reactions. But for some reason over the last several years, they believe they are now more knowledgeable than the actual qualified medical doctors, that they can assess a customer's condition, better than the doctor who is prescribing the medication, and decide if they will dispense what is a legal prescription, or they will not. Especially for pain medication.It's one more reason to avoid this pharmacy if you are taking any pain medication. If you are a customer being prescribed pain medication, you are treated poorly, made to feel stigmatized, and purposefully made to wait extended periods of time for your prescriptions, in my opinion. I am personally on the brink of taking this up the chain in their customer service/managerial staff to address what appears to be discriminatory behavior against chronic pain customers based upon the repetition of this behavior over many months. This would not be the first time that Walgreens has implemented "secret" policies when it comes to providing prescription pain management medications. And I see article after article online where this has become quite common and class action suits where these issues have come to light. I'll be switching pharmacies soon. I'd do it now if I wasn't in the middle of surgical treatment for multiple issues and knew it wouldn't be a major hassle to change from one pharmacy to another without complications.

Every interaction I’ve had with the pharmacist at this location has been awful. Totally rude and unhelpful and treated me like I’m stupid for asking a simple question. Thank goodness my insurance isn’t contracted with Walgreens and I’m not forced to go here with my drugs, and no longer my business.
