The pharmacy techs are extremely rude. It is as thiugh the customers are bothering them. They have nasty attitudes when you have questions. I pocked up my subscription and the pharmacy tech got mad because she could not find the medication. When she did find it she said "here take this medicine" and threw it on thw counter. Very unprofessional and inappropriate behavior.

Horrible customer service pharmacy. Waited for 55 minutes when they said 20 and when I drove back they said my insurance didn’t cover because it’s not active. Of course it was active and had two insurances. Also they had a car in front of me waiting for meds when mine were ready for like 10 minutes. Also if you don’t know what you doing ask for help!

When calling the pharmacy, they answered the phone and assisted with my concern in a timely manner. A shockingly timely manner for a Walgreens.

Always a ridiculously long wait ...25 minutes minimum. The are often closed then their signs and even on hold phone messages state they are open. The app is scratchy too

I agree with other Google reviews that this location has painfully slow and rude pharmacy service.

Just waited in the pharmacy drive thru line for 40 minutes with 5 cars in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous.

I come here once in awhile to get something quickly rather than deal with the parking, crowds, and the large store that Walmart has across the street. Unfortunately, I don't know if it's just this Walgreens or all of them but it seems like there's always 3-4 people in line and it takes 5-10 minutes to check each one out. There's items that aren't ringing up and issues they need a manager for, or they're just slow. And it's made me late to things before, more than once.

The pharmacy is unorganized. I had vowed to never go back but mistakenly gave them another chance. Very poor service.

Normally pretty good. Now often miss estimated ready times and don’t open express pass line.

Don't know why people are so critical of this location I think the staff and the Management has come very far these past few months. Great customer service

This Walgreens used to be one of the good ones but now it's horrible. Under staffed, under paid and high stress work environment makes it even worse. Each week there are so many totes on the floor that the shelves are empty. Walgreens as a whole need to revamp there system and how they operate. An over night part time staff will help with truck days. Have more ppl in the pharmacy with a designated area. One extra manager for the evening shift. Walgreens as a whole has been deteriorating for years with no improvement. If the management and CEO listen to their employees maybe Walgreens will upgrade for the future.

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. Period. Snarky staff and a disillusion that they are somehow medical doctors. So much so that they override and nullify prescriptions from actual doctors. There used to be good pharmacists on staff. Now, they have gone completely downhill and have an incompetent pharmacist running the show most of the time. A pharmacist is supposed to ensure that a patient is getting the correct medication, with the correct dosage and confirm that there are no adverse reactions. But for some reason over the last several years, they believe they are now more knowledgeable than the actual qualified medical doctors, that they can assess a customer's condition, better than the doctor who is prescribing the medication, and decide if they will dispense what is a legal prescription, or they will not. Especially for pain medication. It's one more reason to avoid this pharmacy if you are taking any pain medication. If you are a customer being prescribed pain medication, you are treated poorly, made to feel stigmatized, and purposefully made to wait extended periods of time for your prescriptions, in my opinion. I am personally on the brink of taking this up the chain in their customer service/managerial staff to address what appears to be discriminatory behavior against chronic pain customers based upon the repetition of this behavior over many months. This would not be the first time that Walgreens has implemented "secret" policies when it comes to providing prescription pain management medications. And I see article after article online where this has become quite common and class action suits where these issues have come to light. I'll be switching pharmacies soon. I'd do it now if I wasn't in the middle of surgical treatment for multiple issues and knew it wouldn't be a major hassle to change from one pharmacy to another without complications.
