Total ass!!! After going to Hy-Vee to look for blister bandaids, they weren't there so I went to Walmart. Walmart did not have them but I found them hidden really far behind other bandaids. As I was walking to the checkout, every in maple grove was there... and of course there were only 2 lanes open... I had ONE ITEM IN MY HAND AND THEY REFUSED TO OPEN UP THE SELF CHECKOUT!!!! I HAD TO STAND BEHIND A LADY BUYING THE WHOLE PRODUCE SECTION AND THE LADY IN FRONT OF ME HAD 3 CARTS OF PLANTS..!!! Majority of workers are TEENAGERS and they obviously HATE THEIR JOB AND DONT CARE! This is the second I've had to review this place...

Never again will I make the mistake of shopping at this store. I ordered a relatively large order on curbside pick up, 20-25 items. I am regularly making orders of this size at target so I have never experienced such incompetence. A few of the items just weren't included. No explanation, I was charged for them but just not in the bags I received. The app wouldn't allow me to get a refund without calling the 800 customer service number. The food items I got were damaged and rotten. Not to mention several cars were waiting 10+ minutes for their orders. Seems like management is no where to be found and it's run by kids! Horrible customer service on the app and curbside experience. Walmart is so ghetto... I'll stick with my beloved Target

Unfortunately never been a fan of any Walmart I have visited Sad to say the MG location is still not great ,staff are disorganized and not competent The cashier stopped to have a conversation with another coworker while she was ringing us up until I gave them dagger eyes - like cmon do your job!!! I will say the produce section looked really good and great prices- but I'll stick to my other stores Some of the garden center flowers were okay but not a place I would frequent

The Walmart store in Maple Grove is disgusting! it is the most disorganized store ever. The bathrooms are dirty, with paper laying on the floor and garbages over flowing. Ordering online is no better. Walmart allows third party sellers ,which they do not back up when you need to return the item. I recommend never order from Walmart online!!!!!!

I rarely write reviews that are bad, but my experience at the Walmart store on 2nd street south St. Cloud, MN today was so uncalled for that I am writing this. I went to purchase candles. I bought 7 candles that were clearly marked on the shelf $3.96. when I went through the self check out the candles rang up $4.56 each. I told the young girl working that the price was wrong. she told me it was not, that the price was correct. I said I will be right back and I went to the aisle and took a picture of the price, there were 2 entire shelves of this "Mainstay" type candles. When I returned to my check out there was another girl there and she still told me that the price was ringing up correctly, so I took her to the aisle and she saw that the price was indeed $3.96 each. she said you are right, but you should have took the picture differently! I said to her I am not going to argue with you about this, I would like to speak with a manager. She went off and I stood by the check out for quite some time. Then I finally went and found a manager myself. She then came back and he instructed her to ring in the correct price. She did so and then left. I paid cash and as I was getting my change from the til a message popped up on the til asking for a customer review and had the option of 5 different stars. before I could even push the star I wanted the young lady working came over the top of my arm and pushed the 5 star review! seriously! I told her that it is not her right to push my review and she said yes it is and proceeded to argue with me that she could push it if she wanted to! I tried to tell her that it was the customers place to push the stars and not the employee's. This is the main reason for my writing this review! I am sure the young lady didn't want the bad review while she was working, but they were beyond rude to me! I was in the store a few minutes before 5:00 p.m. on 2-17-23. and this young lady was working the self check out stations closest to the pharmacy.

The second i walked through those doors, i saw 43 rats dancing around in a circle. poor rats that they had to live in this Walmart. more roaches than merchandise in here. The employees jumped me and stole my shoes, which i saw they put had put them up for sale when i left. got lost in the store, pretty sure the workers move the shelves around to make it an ending labyrinth where you cannot escape. I started going insane and had to eat a pool noodle to not starve to death. I saw the face of the grim reaper in that Walmart. Haven't been the same since. Please Help

First Time in this location Better than the Walmarts in Brooklyn Park and Brooklyn Center Easy to shop at. Cleaner. Huge store Big store I would go to this Walmart more often!!

Went into this location to buy a replacement phone and the electronics employee couldn't help us being he didn't have keys. Fine. Went and found a manager and she couldn't help us because she didn't have keys like seriously Walmart...why do you even carry them if you can't sell them? Miss this location. Honestly just think they just give people name tags and tell them to walk around and pretend to get in the way of customers. Just a mess.

Closed at 10:30pm instead of 11pm the day before thanksgiving, 2021. No signs anywhere, just people to turn me away after 10:30pm. Thanks for the 20 minute round trip waste of my time, and of course I planned to buy something I have to wait 2 days for, now.

The Maple Grove location is the most awful store ever. They have no customer service at all. I went there a few days ago and all the carts were gone and customers had to go out to the cart corrals to get a cart. No employees anywhere bringing carts in. I just moved to MG 5 months ago and I have yet to see more then 2 people at the 15? registers. And the two they have on are elderly and move extremely extremely slow (no offense to them personally, they do their best). To make it worse they have now shut down the conveyor belt self check outs. It is insane. it quite literally takes me more time to check out then it does to shop and fill a cart. I have tried calling the store manager several times and nobody ever answers. I am now going to other stores and avoid Walmart at all costs.

Every Walmart in the Twin Cities has turned to garbage. Absolutely no shopping carts at the front door, had to walk back out into the parking lot to grab one. Pallets of unopened "stock" clogging up the shopping isles, but somehow they're out of half of the items on the shelves. Hot bar at the deli is out of buffalo wings at 2pm, and when I asked if they'd be making any more today, I got a pretty rude no like I'd asked the dumbest question of the day. And then lines waiting to check out extending back into the women's clothing section but only 3 registers open. I'm done. I'll pay more for Hy-Vee.
