went here today to buy a iPhone. Waited in line for over 10 minutes while Tom, and Jay were talking to each other. Then after Jay finally helped me he started cussing at me while I was checking out. (Will not go back they did were very rude, and shouldn’t be in customer service)

They have really upgraded their Maple Grove store. They are well organized, well staffed and the place looks bright and cheerful

Too many things behind locked doors, then expecting purchase to be made at each register. Not a mall with multiple stores. I should be able to grab needed facial items then socks and continue on....Thank goodness I did not need groceries too

Its dumb how they lock up almost everything lmao, even the car fabreeze and scent!!!! They told me i have to go to the checkout for it which is like 2 dollars come on! I told them i dont want it lol

There were multiple assist carts, and none of them worked would say 100% get half way though store battery would drop to 15%. There was trash all over the store. There were employees yelling to each other through the store.
