Absolute worst location I have ever been to. The manager AJ is extremely confrontational and unprofessional. Makes very unprofessional comments to both customers and his coworkers. This man should not be working anywhere. Maybe a warehouse would be a better fit. But he should not be a front line employee helping customers. I should’ve looked at the reviews and avoided this location. If we all stop coming here, they’ll have to close it, which is what SHOULD happen.

Worst Wells Fargo Branch - I had an appointment @11am and the banker does not show up on time to serve me ,called him 3 times does not pick up his phone and some one walk in this guy was ready to serve a customer who has just walked in . Really this Michael Walker guy does not seems to care for customer . Should have seen feedback from other customer about him and would have never scheduled appointment to waste my time with worst individual.

My wife and I just tried to add me to my child's bank account and they could not do that without an appointment and without the child present. Other than the kind gentleman Joe at the counter, Angela was not all what helpful. I'm in the service industry and its always how can we help vs jump through 50 hoops then maybe we can help. Pathetic Service. I could tell the whole time Joe wanted to help, but Angela was preventing that.

Drive through is rarely open. I am currently sitting in the parking lot for the 2nd time in 2 weeks a little after 9am and drive through is blocked off with cones and dark. It is rarely open and I can never get anyone to answer the phone at the branch. Subpar. After being a loyal customer for over 30 years, I am ready to take my business elsewhere. And now after seeing my negative review I receive a message with a list of tasks I need to complete to get my feedback to them. No thanks, I have been inconvenienced enough for the week.

This is the most miss managed bank in Minnesota if you ever need to get business done in reasonable time don't use this bank. You will see tellers and some bankers but only one staff member seems to be working the rest just look at you like why are you here..time to look for a independent bank that remembers what service is..

What a miserable experience. Call the Maple Grove Branch for hours, no one is answering the phone. It's a weekday, between 1:00-3:00 pm. It is not a federal holiday. The bank is open. My father who is a senior made an appointment 3 different times with bankers and they wanted him to come back a 4th time for help with one of his accounts. I wanted to talk with the banker with whom he had an appointment, but cannot reach that person because the phones are rolled over to the phone bank. No one at the phone bank can help me. The phone bank offered to help by scheduling an appointment out more than 30 days.

This is by far the best Wells Fargo branch in the area. The customer service is phenomenal and they always have a sunny disposition. I would recommend this location for any banking needs, especially pertaining to small business/non-profit accounts, like for Girl Scouts. Thank you,!

Excellent location close to highway and businesses. Large parking lot. I only went through drive through. The place was clean and the area is safe.

Every time I go to this branch its a 10-20 minute wait to get to a teller. Most times there is only one teller open. Its very frustrating.

Called the bank so many times - no one picks up and ends in general WF call center. Have been trying to reach the bank to do a wire transfer and cannot make it happen. Seems easier to go with other banks that do it so much simpler.
