They've opened accounts in my name, father in law, and grandfather in law. It prevented financial obligations and affected our credit scores. How is this bank still legally allowed to operate? Any normal person would be in prison for fraud.
-response to Josh from wells fargo- you guys already took all that information from me.. illegally. The only thing I'm giving you is a bad review. Theives.

We stayed with them through Wells Fargo’s getting themselves wrapped up in the lawsuit! They add and takeoff features in your bank account and claim they contacted you when they never did!
Ridiculous anybody have a reputable corporation they suggest I’ve been with these guys since 2012 and I thought I was with the reputable bank but my mistake. Wells Fargo doesn’t care if you’re in a situation because you got injured at work both of us and receiving Workmen’s Comp. so deposit every single Friday !!!WF don’t care if you have a loan on your vehicle or if you’re hungry and need to go grocery shopping! They just go to account and turn features off in your account without so much as a phone call! Unacceptable and very unprofessional will be looking for a new financial institution. I was never told that if I did this one thing “X” amount of times that the system or a person would go in and just makes adjustments as they please or the system that was never ever disclosed in any disclosure! Don’t trust these people with your money or put Faith in them calling you before they do something… they don’t. They just type their stuff and go about their day not really caring the impact that can have.

I wish I could give this branch zero stars.
I cannot begin to describe the incompetence but I’ll try. My mom passed away and she has a safe deposit box in this branch. She did not have the key. I made an appointment two months ago to close it. In my appointment request I asked them to call me ahead of time to see what I needed to bring. Needless to say, they did not respond.
Drove 45 minutes to the branch. Brought her death certificate and I am listed on my mom’s account. Might help to mention I have a Premier Banking relationship with Wells Fargo.
At the appointment they told me they would need to schedule someone to come in and open the box. They said they would call me back in 24-48 hours to schedule.
Two months later…..they have not called back. I went to my local banker and asked him to help. He said they needed an affidavit. I completed it with him and he “put it in the system”. He also said they needed a copy of the death certificate. I told him they copied it while I was there but i had another copy. He put it in the system. I also emailed a copy of it to the banker at the branch I worked with. That was three weeks ago.
So of course I still have not heard from the branch. I’ve called at least two dozen times. They never answer the phone. I’ve emailed the banker (here’s looking at you Louis Lidji) several times. No response. I’ve asked my local banker to help. He said they don’t respond to him either.
Maybe posting this on Google will help me get a response.
In the meantime this branch really lives up to Wells Fargo’s aspirations, “It doesn't happen with one transaction, in one day on the job, or in one quarter. It's earned relationship by relationship.”
Keep on helping people “go further”! You are really earning my relationship!

Absolutely terrible. Branch management and estate support staff are no help, don't return calls, and aren't knowledgeable enough to assist with closing an account that belonged to my dad before his death. The branch manager was supposed to handle the required documents and support case but has done nothing. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere that cares about their customers.

Wow! total idiots sitting in the bank manager's desk. My wife went to start a new account here giving her DL, social and all essential docs and it appears the manager or whomsoever drafted it as if she is living here temporarily.FYI we are immigrants living here since 2015 and have 3 bank accounts including BMO and Huntington and never have had a bizarre customer experience.I originally preferred wellsfargo since I already had an account here but it appears it's a terrible mistake. Seriously stay away from this totally!

The worst customer service. To open a bank account for two of my sons and was instructed to open it online. And that day if we could not do it online, asked that do we need to make a schedule, and they said no. We couldn't do it online. Then, on the second day went there and asked to open the account. They said make a schedule. That is really bad.

You can NEVER talk to people on the phone. I had a question about my safe deposit box and I had to go IN the store to get a question answered. Driving 30 miles to get an answer is bad! Bad customer service. Definitely moving my safe deposit box.

Every time I come here a part of me dies due to waiting in line 20-30 minutes as the line stretches to the door.

Worst bank location ever, way too few drive up tellers, and no lobby tellers! Prepare to wait for a LONG TIME!!
