Absolutely terrible. Branch management and estate support staff are no help, don't return calls, and aren't knowledgeable enough to assist with closing an account that belonged to my dad before his death. The branch manager was supposed to handle the required documents and support case but has done nothing. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere that cares about their customers.

Wow! total idiots sitting in the bank manager's desk. My wife went to start a new account here giving her DL, social and all essential docs and it appears the manager or whomsoever drafted it as if she is living here temporarily.FYI we are immigrants living here since 2015 and have 3 bank accounts including BMO and Huntington and never have had a bizarre customer experience.I originally preferred wellsfargo since I already had an account here but it appears it's a terrible mistake. Seriously stay away from this totally!

despite all the bad reviews, i have never had an issue here. the staff were friendly and i was in and out pretty quick. disappointed they dont have the coin counter any more.

The worst customer service. To open a bank account for two of my sons and was instructed to open it online. And that day if we could not do it online, asked that do we need to make a schedule, and they said no. We couldn't do it online. Then, on the second day went there and asked to open the account. They said make a schedule. That is really bad.

You can NEVER talk to people on the phone. I had a question about my safe deposit box and I had to go IN the store to get a question answered. Driving 30 miles to get an answer is bad! Bad customer service. Definitely moving my safe deposit box.

The service at this bank is so bad, it is difficult to believe. This branch used to nearly tackle you to provide service and they have sadly gone to the other extreme. Wells Fargo overall has some of the worst customer facing platforms in banking. I have had issues here and there for several years but my recent experience is so bad. I have been a customer for over 20 years and moved my mother here from another state. Needing a local bank, we stopped in to open a checking account and were told we would have to wait nearly 2 weeks for an appointment and could not serve us even though there were at least 2 bankers not busy at the time. So, we decided to take matters into our own hands and open an account online. Well, they closed the account for suspected fraud (that is ok I applaud the help in keeping my mom's money safe) but when we called the fraud line, they hung up on us after a 40 minute wait and we had to wait another 40 minutes. I am sad for this location and Wells Fargo over all. They cannot seem to get out of their own way.

Wanted to get pesos for trip to Mexico. Asked for small bills, they gave me all large bills. Very disappointed. This is not the first time they have done this. Planning on switching banks.

Since COVID, service sucks. Long non-moving lines at thr drive thru. Lobby is closed. No customer service. Won't even answer the phone at this location. I have had a Wells account since they were Norwest. They continue to get worse. Frustrated!!!UPDATE: I emailed Wells Fargo at their request. They promised to have someone contact me to discuss this review. Guess what? No one ever did. Customer service is just empty words for them.Update #2: I have returned to this location and all windows are open and appears staffing has improved.

They never pick up their phone when customers call. I have tested them by calling every day for a month with three to four calls a day and they don't answer. The last time I was at the drive-through, they doors were only open by appointments. There were no walk-ins.

30 minute wait at their drive thru this morning. Maybe pay your tellers a decent wage and you can get some employees. To speed up the time people sit in line
