I've been coming to see Lauren at Willow Salon for almost 5 years now and not only does she do beautiful work, the entire staff from reception to the other stylists are friendly, smiling, kind and accommodating. I always look forward to my appointments with Lauren and walk out feeling my best.

I have gotten my hair done at Willow several times now and always leave feeling refreshed and beautiful! The staff is always super sweet and polite, and I feel so welcomed every time I come in. I usually get a balayage and a haircut and my hair always turns out exactly how I asked! Would recommend this place to anybody!

I have gone to Grace at Willow for the past few years and she is AMAZING! Kills it every time not to mention the nicest. From everything to haircuts, to balayages, to a glaze I have loved it every time. She is so talented. COULD NOT recommend enough.

Can’t recommend Willow enough! I have never been disappointed coming here and have always been satisfied with my hair turn outs. The stylists are all so sweet and are great at turning a vision into something perfect! Kareen gave me an amazing haircut and balayage that left me feeling so good and refreshed. I’ve been going to willow off and on for a couple years and most recently had Shelby do my hair after going somewhere else and having a botched cut/color. She helped come up with a game plan of how to fix it, gave me realistic expectations of what could be accomplished each session and at the end of the day nailed it! She’s also great at suggesting products/services without being pushy. I’ve been super happy with my hair with Shelby!!

While the stylist I went to was super friendly and made me feel comfortable I didn’t quite get the experience or haircut I was hoping for. First my entire haircut from washing to walking out the door only took 22 minutes. I’ve never gotten out in less than an hour anywhere I’ve gone. While it was nice to get out quickly my cut definitely suffered for it. I asked for an above the shoulder blunt bob with a slight taper to the front with side bangs. My hair was cut under my shoulders and she never cut my bangs or did face framing at all. She cut my hair so fast and then curled it that I didn’t notice until I got home and showered that it’s super uneven with long pieces hanging out. Im bummed because I spent $70 after tip and left crying to my husband in the car. I’m a stay at home mom and rarely get to pamper myself so I was just a little upset after that experience.
I do know the stylists name but don’t want to blast her since she has other positive reviews and was super nice. I just think she wanted to get done quickly or had something going on that made her distracted so I won’t fault her.
Edit: previously I had my review at three stars but the owner, Nicole, brought me in and fixed up the previous cut. I love my hair now! It has so much more life and movement to it. Thank you so much Nicole for taking the time out of your busy schedule to make it better! 🥰
