Tracy Vogt provides amazing customer service. We have worked with Tracy quite a bit in the last year as we sold our home, filed an insurance claim and purchased a new home. Through it all Tracy has been amazing. She is extremely responsive and is able to get things accomplished. She quickly and accurately responded to document requests from our mortgage lender. She also got things moving with the claims office when our claim was delayed. Once Tracy got involved, we received timely responses and a resolution. I would definitely recommend Tracy.
