“Exceeded all expectations! Harwoods completed work on my vehicle after an accident. They were first class from start to finish. They got me in same day for a initial quote and assessment. I sat in their amazing lobby and had a cup of coffee and enjoyed the treats they have - all completely unexpected but a very nice touch! They were informative and helpful with all aspects of the insurance handling without any issues. They got my car in for the work as soon as they could and when we picked up it was better than new! Great work, added attention to detail: they touched up a couple of other scratches not from the accident. The other huge surprise and evidence of quality, thorough work and customer care … they went the extra mile and detailed the interior of my car. I was shocked and very appreciative. “Cynthia was fantastic! This was my first accident and I had my car towed here being close to my house in Excelsior. I was offered helpful information that really helped me navigate what to do and how to proceed with decision to ultimately total the car based on condition. Cynthia as the owner of this local business helped more than they received as a benefit. I just think that is unprecedented in a stressful situation. She single handedly took the stress out. My only feedback is there was confusion between Collision and Color and the other body shop in town ,turns out there are two - who knew?). So, double check address and phone detail if working with a claim. This location is near the animal hospital and Garden Parch on County road 19.”

“Parking in underground garages is hard, especially when it's dark and you're in your 90s! My mom had swung too wide and did in her front bumper. We took the car to Charlies Auto Body and we're really glad we did! He did a fantastic job on the bumper, pulled out a dent in the front quarter panel that had been there for about a decade, and generally spruced up the car. It looked beautiful! And when we went to sell it, we were able to get top dollar for it. Charlie took care of my mom, going over and above.”
