Rude, unkind staff. Traveling home to Missouri from Minnesota and stopped for gas and coffee. Never been so disappointed in staff.

Went into holiday to get a snack and drinks. When checking out, the employee scanned my items (I had 2 waters, 3 energy drinks and donuts), I asked for a bag and she sighed rolled her eyes and threw my items into the bag. I simply said thank you and walked out. The employee was extremely rude and I will not be coming back.

Daija (employee) was really kind and friendly. I had forgotten my wallet at home. And Holiday didn’t accept Apple Pay Debit cards (they do for credit cards though ) . I was on empty in gas. Daija went above and beyond and offered that I could send her some money through a cash app and she can pay for the gas with her card. We did just that . That was super kind and thoughtful of her. Appreciate it!

This place is run terribly. They don't stock the shelves when things run out. Had to ask if they had something in the back. And they did. Very disrespectful and lazy. Corporate needs to send someone out.

Had to review after seeing all the negative reviews. We go here often, sometimes multiple times per week. Staff have always been friendly and I've never seen them out of stock of anything we wanted.

Came all the way to store to get milk for my young daughter, and it is 10:30 pm and only reason I came here is because stores open til 11 ......wait nvm I forgot these guys pick and choose what time they want to close .Thanks for wasting my time also can someone get this place a nanny , maybe it won't look so dirty every time I'm here eeewwwwww rather eat off the floor then those rollers ; (

Never had food ready. Coffee syrups always empty. Very dirty not well managed place.

Consistently low on stock or completely out of a lot of product. Overall not well kept.

The young black lady (I forgot to catch her name) working the register around 7:30pm was incredibly kind and helpful, despite someone just previously calling her a mean name. Be nice to customer service people yall, otherwise the good ones, like this young women, will all quit.

This is one of the worst holidays I've ever been to. They can not keep things in stock and blame it on cargo/shipping issues when a holiday 5 minutes away from them keep these items in stock no problem. Their garbage is constantly over flowing outside and they do nothing about even though there have been complaints. They also will let the line build up at one register while 2-3 other employees just stand behind the counter and talk.If you're heading west on 12 just stay the coarse till delano and stop at the Quicktrip there. If you're heading east you have many more options. Don't waste your time at this holiday.

Absolute worst employees ever. Get some employees that actually change the pop n don’t j laugh when u tell em to do their job and change the syrup
