For over 3 years my children and I lived in a home full of mold & black mold that we couldn’t see but were constantly suffering from. My concerns were dismissed over and over again, until Mn Mold was recommended to me. Vicky took the time to listen, explain, and then conduct a very detailed inspection. The results were shocking, but they finally gave me the truth I needed to protect my kids and myself. Vicky is compassionate, caring, professional and she treats her clients like people, not just a job. I will never be able to repay her for her kindness and dedication. Without a doubt, this inspection saved our lives.

Im only giving the 3 cause of how they didn't do or write it out. As I have black toxic mold and she found it and tested but only few spots and my landlord now 2 years since cause she said wasn't the wall but it has to be and more so and I've heard other people companies can look around even and say yes this is not okay rotten away which is but when I showed places some werent where water would be so she said can't be but that's not even true. And it's worse even now I got 3 kids 2 now with asthma also took months to get the report even and then because she said how to clean which is more but didn't say it's deeper and would need to get more cut open cause since then will my dining room windows since moved in rain came in which I told landlord but they cault around but last summer my bedroom started I noticed it coming from wall n now another room the carpet was went around the baseboards n sill of window but not the window it's self so it's the walls which I know it's gotta be all redone but my wall others just looking say it's mold but she didn't know n did test from outside but I think it's even in the air at this point but all my landlord is which didn't say nothing til summer have me leave for 5hlrs so vendor can cut part of the wall too look but only in the areas it got tested but I know another person last year got someone inside only 250 didn't even have but 1 test but was able to look and say it's bad not liveable and how much work money like what they're need to do is re do all dry walls and etc but now lost 450 but she was nice

Excellent service! I reached out to Minnesota Mold after reading the glowing reviews below, because finding trustworthy people is not always easy! Asked MN Mold to come out after what seemed to be a mold / water infiltration issue after a bad storm, they located things of concern in the attic, offered contact info for another expert to source a leak, and offered to do a recheck on the wet area for mold concerns once the main problem is fixed (leak, wet insulation, pooled water). Inspected the entire house, with wonderful recommendations for remediation on mold issues I had not called about, and was not even aware of, in the basement. Highly recommend if you need a set of expert eyes and sniffers on a potential mold situation - Duane and Vickie did not try to sell me anything, they were working on my behalf to source and offer resolution to a problem.

Great expiernce!! I've been a licensed remodeler in MN for +15 yrs. Vickie is easily the best mold inspector/air quality firm I've worked with. Most other companies hit you with the scare tactics and upsell.
Vickie was professional, quick to respond and extremely helpful through out the entire process.

I had a fantastic experience with Vickie from Minnesota Mold Inspection. Managing water damage and mold remediation from out of state was incredibly stressful—I had spent a fortune to fly to Minnesota with very little time to handle everything. The situation was overwhelming, but Vickie helped alleviate so much of that stress. She even suggested another company that I could work with if she was not available to help me within my timeline.
There was very little visible mold after a pipe had bursted, but I like to follow protocol and wanted to ensure to protect my property and wanted to endure there was no mold present after remediation and wanted to confirm air levels were safe for my tenants. She tested it and gave me the reassurance that I needed.
She is highly skilled, experienced, articulate, personable and professional. Her knowledge of the industry is evident, but what truly sets her apart is her honesty and trustworthiness. I can’t compare her services to other companies, but even if you end up paying a bit more, it’s absolutely worth it. She provides honest pricing, straightforward advice, and has valuable contacts in the community to help you through the process. If I lived in-state and were purchasing a home, I would absolutely choose her services over a company recommended by an inspector. Her honesty, expertise, and thoroughness give me complete confidence in her work.

Vickie and Duane were a delight to work with. They were able to find mold in a location in our home that had gone undetected by another inspector, and it ended up being one of the worst molds! Thanks to Duane’s curiosity, after seeing a small water spot, he used a special camera to poke it down a hole revealing what looked to be (and confirmed after testing) black mold.
They provided detailed instructions for maintenance in the home as well as referrals for remediators to take care of the mold. So grateful we had them come to our home, and we’d absolutely give them 5 stars!

Came to our house, checked for mold, said she going to send us a report, no communication since 11/22. This might be a scan, paid $450, nothing be crickets.

Vickie and her husband were amazing to work with! She is very responsive and helpful. You can tell she really cares. They didn’t end up finding much mold in our house (what a relief!) but they gave us some great tips on how to maintain our vents and air exchanger. Worth every penny for the peace of mind and her pricing was very fair.

I was getting ready to sell my mom's house and was concerned about some dark spots on the ceiling in the bathroom. I have never dealt with mold inspections or remediation so this was new territory for me and I wanted a safe home for our prospective buyers. MN Mold Inspection LLC was the best choice for us!. They were thorough, crawling around where most of us don't want to go! We had the air testing as well. They came back with a comprehensive list of possible problem areas with pictures, how to remediate on different materials and the steps to take to make sure it is done right. These instructions are great to have especially if you are hiring out your remediation to make sure they're doing it correctly. We did our remediation ourselves and felt very confident doing it because of the step by step instruction. MN Mold Inspection are so great to work with and have been doing this for so many years, I highly recommend them. If you decide not to do your own remediation, MN Mold Inspection can point you to trustworthy remediators. I'm happy to report that mom's house sold in the first weekend of listing! If I could give Vicky 10 stars, I would! She knows her stuff (from experience, not just a textbook), communicates promptly and effectively, and has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Her initial testing found some mold concerns in the basement of my 1977 house. She provided all the info I would have needed to do the remediation myself, but I ultimately chose to hire one of the companies she recommended due to time constraints. I just had Vicky back to retest the affected rooms now that remediation is complete and got a clean report! Thank you for caring about people's health and providing the services you do. Highly recommend!

Vickie and Duane are wonderful. They answered my questions over the phone, came to the house (twice!--didn't have the needed equipment the first time), but didn't find mold, so they didn't charge me! I would have been happy to pay for their time anyway, but it is so nice to know that there is someone I can consult who is not trying to cheat me. Honesty and integrity are so important and Vickie and Duane exemplify those characteristics.
