I'm so grateful I found this place .. this is what I've been searching for and could not come close with typical storage facilities.. I see now why Paul is successful .. great guy went above and beyond to help me and got me into a awesome unit... My next step is to purchase a garage condo here . If your in search of storage but upperclass ..it's definitely worth it.

I have owned and rented units from Park Place Storage Condos for almost 20 years. I have found these folks to be the friendliest and most accommodating folks in the world. Not only are the owners friendly, everyone I have met who own units are friendly. I can't imagine storing anything anywhere else. Great place to own or rent.....I would, and DO recommend it to all my friends

They let us rent it out for6 months but when the owner decifed to sell it ,He said we were staying there to much and took us to court and kicked us out and we had a yr.lease and walked in on several times without knocking. very rude and un professional .

If you have big boats or RVs Park Place is as good as it gets. Much cheaper than than any of the other storage condos I've looked at with nicer buildings to boot!
