“I loved meeting and working with the 2 gentlemen that own this company. They are beyond kind, and helpful. Im so happy with my unit- its clean, and I know that its safe. Locks can be purchased that are bolt cutter proof and would require a professional locksmith to open. Not even the owners can open it without a locksmith. These guys helped me find my unit, and showed me how to use it more than once, I just didnt get the simple concept of sliding something. lol.”

From my first call to reviewing options in person and signing a rental agreement, my experiences with Jake and Ardis were great. They both took the time to explain options, answer questions, and ensure I understood the rental and requirements. Onsite Ardis literally walked me through spaces I asked about and even suggested one I didn't realize existed. Much appreciated as I ended up using the space she suggested. It was the end of the office day, but Ardis didn't rush me. She was very thorough, professional, positive, and easy to work with. She made the whole process worry free and easy. I recommend this location! Plus, they sell great locks for the units!”

“I found the KO Storage facility in Maple Plain to be perfectly located for my needs. During a late night of packing to move to the area, I paid for a unit online, found it snowed in, so I picked another empty unit to unload into. I left a message and got called back right away. Dirk was very decent to deal with and sympathetic to the snow situation. He made the switch for me. No big deal. Throughout the months I rented the 2 spaces, the units were clean and dry, they kept the snow plowed, and the units were well lit and safe. They were not surrounded by a fence but we always felt they were safe.”
