This place is fake, if you notice the reviews are all professionally written, I have been in this are for many years and never heard of this company, it’s a front to steal business from local reputable companies, guarantee that they do not have a physical address and hire contractors from the cities to come out and rip people off!

If you call this number, a random call center will state that their office is "under construction", and they only offer mobile services. This is not a local company. They give your info to random contractors that come and go. I would recommend trusting local businesses that have been around for decades, who have an ACTUAL storefront (not some fictional address), and employees that also live in the same areas they service.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from Stout Family Garage Door Service. I left a message, and my call was returned in just 5 minutes. Tanner mentioned he was at another job but would be at my house in about an hour, and he showed up right on time. He replaced two broken springs and some frayed cables, plus he lubricated and made several adjustments to my garage door in about 45 to 50 minutes. Tanner had all the needed parts in his truck, and he worked quickly while being friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable, and I wouldn’t think twice about calling for help again. william was a gem! when our garage door spring snapped, i instantly looked up a 24/7 garage door repair service. i clicked on the first number google suggested, but it ended up being a different service, not a garage door company. i phoned them around 5:30pm and was promised a 35-45 minutes response time. after calling them three more times and being constantly told to wait for another 15 or 25 minutes, they finally showed up three hours later, close to 9pm. we asked them to just leave. that's when i found william's contact and inquired about his availability the next day. william picked up the call at almost 9pm and scheduled us for the following day. when he arrived, he was honest, efficient, and professional. he didn't push us to buy unnecessary extras but provided us with information to make informed decisions. his rates were quite fair and it was evident that he does excellent and honest work. we will definitely reach out to him for any future garage door services we need in maple plain. he was a welcome relief after the frustrating experience the previous night.

We had our garage door opener swapped out and were really pleased with the work. When I rang for a price estimate, the guy I talked to, let's call him Brandon, gave me some useful advice and was keen on me getting a top-notch device, no matter who we chose for the job. I contacted three different outfits for pricing. They were all pretty much in the same ballpark, but I chose this outfit because they offered that little bit of extra customer care. Our installation went off without a hitch and we're really content with our fresh opener. The belt-driven Liftmaster operates silently and seamlessly! The only feedback I'd give is that our worker, Tanner, had to remove some construction staples when he dismounted our old opener and didn't tidy them up. Luckily, my spouse noticed them and swept them up before one of our little ones stepped on them. We're in maple plain and are pleased with the service we received.
