All Pets staff and Vet were pleasant and explained everything so well. They gave me an option to follow through with a dental visit for my Tortie without pressure, as they listened to my concerns with her breath. I highly recommend All Pets for your vet needs! The drive is worth it!

We've been bringing our dog and cat here for the past six years, and we wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff are always so caring and professional, and they've handled emergencies with incredible efficiency. Even though we've moved away from Mapleton, we still make the drive back for visits because we love it here so much. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you All Pets for being a great resource for all of our pet's needs over the years.

Very happy with the overall experience. Polite and friendly staff. Helped me know what they were doing. They are pretty quick to get in to fit your schedule. Glad to have a vet like them around.

Had my cat spayed today. I’ve made the 1 1/2 drive from the cities because I loved the care and professionalism that was provided for my pets. Unfortunately, that tended today. They tacked on over 200.00 dollars of (additional fees) . I paid almost 700.00 dollars for the surgery. Very disappointed and I have made my last trip there.

We were able to get in and out BEFORE our appointment!
Also, thank you to Billy for being willing to work with us to getting our dogs microchipped even without being able to attend the clinic due to a death in the family. I am very thankful that you guys were willing to work with us.

This was my first visit with All Pets in Mapleton. Highly recommend by a family member. I took my first kitten to them and they were so friendly and kind. They did an exam and made recommendations on shots. They involved me in the decision making and listened to my thoughts. I was happy with the service my kitty and I received from All Pets.

Billy and his team are AMAZING. My dog had always been anxious at his other veterinarian office…this office blew me away. My dog was calm, they got the job done, and extremely informative with any questions or concerns. So thankful to have found this office. 10 out of 10 recommended!!

I have always taken my pets here and have felt great until today. My beloved dog Elvis passed away unexpectedly and when I picked up his ashes he was in a tin and a ziplok bag! I am disgusted by this that service in which I spend nearly $300 and you put my beloved family member in a ziplok bag like he was leftover food.

Not what I was used to. Vet checked her but I am used to hearing the vet say, ears look good, teeth look good, heart and lungs sound good. I wasn't told any of that, just was asked if I had concerns.
Had an entirely different experience when I brought my fur baby in after she had a nasty cut. Was able to get her in right away and have it taken care of. Staff was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned with her well being.
Had a good experience with a new dog. Wanted to have him checked out after we adopted him from a private party. I heard all the stuff I was used to hearing and the vet made suggestions. A test was being run that hadn't finished yet and I wasn't home yet when I was texted with the results.

They are OK. I was expecting way more from reading reviews. I have taken all 4 of my pets for the whole time I have lived there, I just don’t feel very welcomed to the place or feel like the people are actually trying to help. I’d look for other options as backup.
