America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses provides a great, fast, and easy experience. Many customers report it is by far the best location, with staff described as super nice, very friendly, courteous, kind, helpful, personable, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Everyone from the front desk to the eye exam and frame selection is noted for excellent service. The doctors know how to treat a customer right. The business is busy all the time but still takes time for one-on-one attention without being hurried.
Customers are very satisfied, with some driving long distances to visit. The prescriptions are accurate, and people have used this location or others for over ten years without problems, unlike other eye places that can mess prescriptions up. People definitely recommend this place for new glasses or contacts and have gotten glasses there for years, returning for adjustments. While one isolated incident involved a staff member being rude, the management apologized and made it right, leading the customer to plan on doing business there again. Overall, it is considered the best place for an eye exam and glasses.
