My Sim card was apparently bad, I kept loosing service and that is very bad since I use my phone for my job as well as personal! I was in and out without spending any money within 15 min! And I got an esim card amd everything works great!

I went to that AT&T store last week. Honestly, it was way better than I expected. The folks there were super helpful. Like, they actually knew how to explain things without making it confusing or overloading me with info.
I had a bunch of questions, and they didn’t rush me or try to upsell stuff I didn’t need. Just real straightforward help. Felt more like talking to someone who knew what they were doing and wanted to make sure I left with everything sorted.
If you ever need to stop by one, go to that location. Worth it.

I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by an AT&T representative. She was very kind and patient dealing with me (a non-technical person). She took my phone, transferred my number over to my new phone and set me up with a very reasonably priced service contract. I love my new phone and couldn't be happier knowing if things go wrong with it, I can deal with a real person right down the street rather than someone in another country.

I had a great experience here. I stopped by earlier in the week because my old phone was acting up. I was recommended to get a new phone (my old one isn't even made anymore). I researched phones and went back to the store later that week. Tree was my representative both times and was terrific. She transferred all my stuff from my old phone to my new one for me, assembled the new phone with the protective screen and case and was overall very helpful. There's great people at this store.

Could not find my original purchase info from last year and could not refer me to a local business that could replace my Samsung phone charging port. I was told to contact Samsung online. Best Buy knew of a local repair shop and they fixed my phone while I waited.

We had two phones that we wanted to convert from prepaid plans to two separate postpaid family plans and Brad and Zach were professional and helpful when we called upfront with questions and in person when the switches were made. We highly recommend this AT&T store.
