A warm, and happy ending to a frigid day. It's a late night gretting from the young clerk that started my path to the counter. The gentleman that waited on me and my cold disposition, took time and found a part that matched my wallet.
I'm not the only one that believes in customer service rapport.

5 hours and my online order for 2 items is still not ready. What are your employees doing during the day??
Update: I went in to see what the problem was and it took the kid less than two minutes to pick the two items I needed. Just don't use the online ordering for this place or if you do, don't wait for the order ready email. Just go in and ask for your stuff.

I NEVER had a problem with coming to Autozone. I always go in an ask for Chelsea and walk out with having a smile and get what I need I will always come back, and always see Chelsea!

Shout out to Brian for his excellent customer service. He went above and beyond with helping me not only find the right filter but also installed it for me on the spot, which saved me so much time! Great location for auto part needs and top notch customer service for sure. Keep up the good work!

This absolutely the worse auto parts store I have ever been to. The employees couldn't handle a lemonade stand. Didn't know how to handle a printed part number and info from another store, then after several minutes came back with the wrong part and said the one I wanted wasn't there. I had my doubts he was right and let him know that . He went back for several more minutes and came back with the right one. As he was ringing me up,told me I didn't need to yell. I'll yell all I want to. When there's. Your store has to hire workers with a education higher than the third grady

I came in today and had a really nice lady help me changed my low beam lights.I recommend this store it has awesome costumer service.

Stood at the counter trying to pay and being totally ignored by the employees behind the counter. One kid with a messy blond ish fro finally burped at me and then turned away. We dropped our stuff and left. Will not be back to this location.
