Don’t even waste your time with the store. It always says that they have more than what they actually have on hand. Their inventory is never right which causes confusion and it’s just run like a circus.

It's a convenient stop for an emergency. When the car in my battery was dying, they took the time to install a new one. Aaron, the guy who worked there was very helpful. He pointed out a part that was corroded. And thankfully, they have the right parts for the tasks at hand. Customer service is the best there is.

I had such a great experience at this AutoZone on Monday with Charles and team! Before arriving, I called to see if they could help with my AC - I thought I needed coolant but Charles very nicely told me I was actually looking for refrigerant. I arrived 5 minutes later and Charles tried to top off the refrigerant but the car wasn’t taking any so he and another team member, Tyrese, did some additional troubleshooting. My outside temp was stuck at -22 so we tried changing the outside temp sensor. Still -22. Tried resetting the battery. Still -22. It was hot and humid but Charles and his team did everything they could to help me out. Would definitely recommend this team. Thanks again!

I had a great experience at this Maplewood AutoZone. Customer service was amazing thanks to Derrick! I was able to purchase and get my battery replaced by him. It would’ve taken me forever to figure it out on my own but his experience and expertise made the process so quick and easy. Staff is friendly and welcoming compared to other AutoZones I’ve been to. Thank you!!

was just here due too a stressful situation from advance auto repeatedly giving me a wrong/broken bulb! pawan the sales man was WONDERFUL not only did he help me but he took the extra time too put the bulb in and make sure it worked i will most definitely becoming back here!

What a lifesaver ! Last week I found myself leaving work in the dark and found that both headlight bulbs had gone out. It was a scary trip over to AutoZone in Maplewood, but it was one of the few places open at that time. Derrick helped me choose the right bulbs, and then, with me assisting with a flashlight, he replaced both bulbs. Fantastic customer service !!
