My debit card would not open the door so I was out of luck getting to an ATM. This is super annoying.

Totally rude employee the morning of Sept 16th, 22 at 9:40am. Walk in, she ignores me, no welcome, then as i finish a deposit, i turn to leave, again no acknowledgment, then the couple at the other atm finishes, right behind me, she looks up from her screen, looks at them, ignoring me again, and tells them to have a good day, . I guess i don’t get a good day as a loyal customer. Just rude.

Awful. I was told to go to this specific location because something was flagged on their system as being suspicious when I'm only trying to open a basic checking and savings account with BofA. Most locations close at 4pm. This one shows as closing at 6pm but google lists 5pm. I get off work past 4pm.When I got here and started a video chat I was told to go to ANOTHER location. Because this was the WRONG location. A FINANCIAL center is DIFFERENT than this location.Just to prove my identity when I literally had any proving documentation they would need on hand? They also will not tell you why you can't open an account or in my situation, why they auto closed my account when I was approved twice.
