Craig was extremely helpful and patient with us. My partner and I have never rented a storage unit, he helped us get our vehicle in (20 ft uhaul with a trailer) to the space with no issues. He explained how everything worked and helped us with out unit. Overall Craig was the highlight of our expirence.
