All in, it was a 4+ hour endeavor just to get new tires. On my original installation date, checked out and no one mentioned anything to me on replacing the tire pressure sensors. When I took the car back a few days later to ask about why my tire pressure light was on, they informed me I declined the service. No one ever mentioned it. At that point they said they’d fit me in or I could come back another time. Ended up taking another 2+ hours for the sensors. Learned my lesson here! Love Costco for many things but looks like this isn’t one of them.

Would not recommend coming here. I made an appointment to get my tires installed and they originally quoted me 45 minute wait time. It took them 2 whole hours to install my tires. They ended up breaking one of my tire sensors and replaced it free of charge. After the tire installation, the technician who I talked to said my TPMS light will stay on for 20 minutes or 20 miles of driving, he couldn't recall which. I drove my car for over 20 miles and my light was STILL on. Went back a week later to have them fix it and they said 2 of my other sensors are dead now and they will not fix it unless I pay out of pocket. ALL of my sensors were working BEFORE my appointment. How does it make sense that 2 would just magically stop working? I had no way of telling if the sensors were working or not after getting my tires installed since the TPMS light was ALREADY on. Very disappointed in this service and will not come here again.

TPMS sensors for my Honda were not available and they notified 30 minutes after I arrived for my appointment. Had to reschedule. At the next appointment, I was told they could not get it done for 5 hours. This site is disorganized and not committed in providing good service.

Pro: everyone that works here is really nice and friendly, in our experience.
Con: we've been back several times to have our tires done, redone, redone again, and they're still not done right. We'll be taking our business elsewhere, and I'd suggest everyone else do the same.

They were so helpful and quick! I had to bring my car in the same day cause I had a huge tear in one of my tires. I told them I had to run back to work before 3 pm if possible. They were able to get everything done in about an hour and a half given the long line of people ahead of me that was great! I had to buy a new set of tires, but the warranty I had from them covered the tire with the tear, so I really only had to pay for 3! Really appreciated their promptness given it's the holiday weekend, and I had to be back at work today!

They wouldn’t install new non-OEM TPMS that I programmed and brought myself like I do for all my tires because they’re $30 ea instead of $95 and work just fine. So back to using Discount Tire .. thought I’d save a few bucks at Costco but not worth it because it’d The lines are crazy lines all times of the day incl weekdays. To their credit they did do the refund quickly and fully so will give a star for that.

Terrible experience, tires keep losing air every couple of months. They don't know how to seal a tire properly. When i brought my cern to them they had every excuse, like oh, that's normal. Well not be going back there for tires next time.

THEY ARE NOT CERTIFIED MECHANICS. the kids who run the front desk admitted this to me. I had asked if they could tell me if it looks like I need an alignment when I checked in for my tire rotation, as I was told when I booked the appointment I could and they would. They said they can't guarantee someone who would be able to determine this would be working. After I left I received a call stating they had forgotten to put my locking lug nuts back on. I immediately went back, and they didn't apologize or offer to put the part on for me, just handed the lug nuts to me and sent me on my way.

I got a flat tire at a nearby mall. Service guy put my spare on, I drove over to Costco and walked up, got it patched and put back on and they even put away my spare. I did some shopping, I fed my family and It's almost like it never happened minus a small fee. Love it!!

Went in with an appointment for a new set of tires. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours, which was the time estimate they gave me when I arrived. I also chose an appointment on a Tuesday morning, knowing that weekends at Costco tend to be crazy in general, which may be why my service was better than some of the other reviews.

Who doesn't love Costco! They have great items whether you're shopping for food, toiletries, vitamins, furniture, clothing, books, holiday items....and much much more. And don't forget about gas! The employees are nice and you can tell that they love their job, it shows!!!

This is specific to the optical department in Maplewood (because I think each store the optical is run by a different organization). I went in to get a price on just replacing the lenses in a pair of glasses. The lady said the frame was bent so she could not help me. The frames are not bent, she was just not interested because there was not enough money in it. She does not understand that if you don't provide the service on the small things you won't ever get the large sales. My normal processes is to replace the lenses in one set of frames and one new set of glasses and I do that every year.

It's always fun walking through Costco and seeing the variety of things they have. This one's pretty busy normally. But it's nice having a place with a little bit of everything from Plants, clothes, jewelry, appliances, electronics, furniture and food. Multiple free samples and the lines go by decently fast. Staff is friendly. Only downfall I personally don't like is they don't take Mastercards and they don't bag anything. They do have boxes that can assist in putting your smaller items in but pretty much bring your own bag or make multiple trips from your car to your house. You can find a lot of great things. That you didn't think you could buy at a store. Recommend getting it a membership.
