I always do the drive thru. There’s never a line, they’re very professional, unlike Walgreens and CVS. They’re always incredibly helpful when I need to call and they fill scripts very quickly.

been going here for a while. recently an older lady joined the pharmacy staff. she reeks of cigarettes. i wasn't going to say anything but after a week or two but she started putting excessive amounts of perfume on that just adds to the smell, making the overall pharmacy reek

I have been using Cub Pharmacy for many years. I think there are a lot better than CVS or Walgreens.

Cub pharmacy has been good. I've only had a few issues. Most of the team is great to work with, pleasant and kind.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They will simply tell you to call around or figure it out yourself if a medicine isn't in stock. Won't reach out to your doctor about a different dose for this instance or bother to even tell you another cub location with the meds instock.

Pleasant pharmacists and quick refills. Because of these reasons, I have transferred all my meds to this Cub.

This store is good, but really needs an update. All the signage and shelf's seem very old. Everything is arranged so differently than most other Cubs as well. Other than that, the workers and food was fine.

covid shots are available until 7pm, i didn't know this cause they didn't have any indication of the fact. when i went in at 7, they told me to come in tomorrow. i explained i had just got off work and rushed over but they refused to help me. terrible customer service too, tried to get me to leave as quickly as possible.

Truth be told, not one store has it all. I do like their produce and they have a fair meat department, although I like to get most of my meat products elsewhere. I also get paper products and other stuff somewhere else and stock up. Cub is like a high class convenience store which equates to a slightly higher price. They try pretty hard and that means a lot. If they didn't have the Amazon lockers I probably wouldn't go there as much as I do. So a 4 star rating is pretty good, because I have never been to a 5 star establishment or I wouldn't have to shop at more than one place.

I didn't realize how much I appreciate Cub until I went to the new Hy-Vee across the street. Cub has better produce and I can find the brands I want in stock. 4 stars instead of 5 because they don't always have enough cashiers.
