I placed a “one hour photo” order before 4pm and when I went to pick it up at 7pm I was told my order was “still in Que”. The woman physically showed me the line up. There was one order ahead of mine and it was for TWO single 4x6 pics. I asked to wait but she insisted I would need to come back once I got an email. What the heck is the point of ONE HOUR if it takes until NEXT DAY?!? Not to mention the machine was off and looked as though it hadn’t run all day. The employee said I’d have to come back the next day and couldn’t understand my frustration (these were a gift for teachers the next morning). When I drove back again the next day over half the photos were of very poor quality and the employee said “it was due to my phone” although all the pics were from the same phone and somehow half managed to turn out. I needed a few items and wanted to purchase shaving razor refills for $10 but had to wait 10+ minutes in line to ask to have help getting them “unlocked” so that I “could” purchase it. Ten dollar refills! I waited in line while 2 employees helped the same customer. When I was done shopping I was instructed to use the self check out which was not my preference but was walked through it anyhow; after the previous customer had already completed their transaction freeing up a human to ring me up. They could have rung me up but insisted I do so myself. The entire experience was frustrating and annoying. I won’t be back to this location and likely not CVS as a whole. CVS no longer cares about the Customer and therefore as one; I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Picked up refill prescriptions and was told there were 3. When I got home I realized there was a new one that we do not want. I did not open the bag and they won't return it.Employee did not state there was a new prescription nor ask if there were any questions.

CVS has the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Will be transferring all my families prescriptions back to Walgreens.

The PA at the minute clinic, Brian Traeger, was amazing! So friendly and professional. Did a great job with my 4 year old and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. The pharmacist tried to save me money on my RX and although they were super busy the pharmacist was happy to answer my questions and never made me feel rushed. Overall it was a great experience!

The wait time isn't as long as some pharmacies are. While you wait check out the fabulous savings in the store. They even have a dollar section. And with an extra care card you save even more. Staff are always there to help you find what you're looking for.
