Staff at this location is very kind and positive. I wish most CVS were like this. Greeting customers and seeing them engaged in conversations with customers. The only thing I say could improve is to offer help. Otherwise I enjoy coming here from time to time.

The pharmacy staff are extremely rude and not in any way professional. I went to the drive thru to pick up a prescription and it's 7 degrees outside so I don't roll my window down until someone walks over. As I'm patiently waiting on 01/23/25 at 6:12pm I see some girl in a brown zip up sweater and some young kid with blue scrubs laughing and looking my way so I roll my window down a little and I wasn't aware they were trying to talk to me without being in front of me. I also lost my voice and it's probably hard to understand me and it's hard to talk but she thought it was funny or at least she was laughing while trying to get my info. It's literally your job to have any kind of customer service skills and mostly everyone in the pharmacy lacks any customer service or kindness.

Another pharmacy where I walk in to get otc insulin syringes and the employees look at each other and snicker and contemplate handing them over. I ask for specific syringes, and they don't even look to see if they have them and give me something that will make administering my medication harder.

I bought a 4 pack ginger beer and when I opened the box there was mold growing inside and one can was depressurized with mold growing on top of the cans as well. Nasty

I absolutely love the staff at the CVS on White Bear avenue!!! And I love that they give me the CVS extra bucks rewards it keeps me coming back constantly I truly appreciate it

I had an appointment here a week ago at the Minute Clinic - my appointment was at 5:40 and I didn’t get called until almost 7pm. They even instruct you to get there 10-15 minutes early. If I need to be there early then you need to see me at my appointment time (within reason)
Being behind by 10-15 minutes is totally fine - but being over an hour later than my scheduled time is unacceptable
Why even bother having appointments with set times if they aren’t followed

Within seconds of walking in, I was accused of "potentially stealing" by the white lady behind the counter because I'm a guy of color with a handbag. Women aren't being followed in the store for bringing a purse, nobody white was accused either, but I got followed around the whole time as though I'm up to no good. Next time I do my laundry across the street, I'll be sure to stock up on snacks and such elsewhere. Not worth the racism and rudeness from this store. If I didn't need a personal care item right then, I would have left immediately and gone elsewhere.

My first trip to this store, Everything was neat clean and well stocked. This was one of three out of twenty or so CVS stores near my home that had the product in stock. Ellianna was Great! She joyfully greeted us withing seconds of entering the store. Although she was busy cleaning and stocking shelves she offered to help if needed and raced us to the register when we were ready! If I need to go to CVS in the future I will drive the extra 12 miles to be treated so well. Thanks Ellianna!
