Avoid. Workers ignore customers, have their lunch out on the floor and talk about that instead of helping people. Manager is completely incompetent. Work was not only done incorrectly, but I wasn't event notified when it was done. I was billed (with no order number) for a specific card sizes, received smaller, manager acknowledged they were cut wrong but would not do anything about it.

Untrained employees and poor attitude. Brought in an RMA and the representative had no clue what t do and wasn't willing to help - just shrugged. Went to a different FedEx store in the next town and got the help I needed. That store was able to help within a matter of minutes.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EVER!!! Right when I walked in I was greeted with a Sarcastic remark, poor attitude and made me humiliated and like I was a headache…I literally had to go to UPS to get my package taped, then return back to that location again, NOT BY CHOICE to ship my product back (HOPEFULLY IT GETS THERE!!) Franklin was RUDE AND Condescending!!! When I asked what the employees name was he REFUSED to give it to me and said he didn’t know whom I was talking about…I pointed at the employee and said, “her name”… He still continued to play dumb… I WILL NNNNEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN!!!! And for your personal self’s…. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING TREAED POORLY :-(

Yes, this location has a bad review in my opinion customer services were not satisfactory. The employees did not want to at least hear the employees did not want to tape up the signs made me go two different locations. I had to go to a different locations just to get it taped up telling me my products are too big and I had to pay out-of-pocket for an Amazon return to Amazon‘s expecting to the mail. There’s no customer services. The manager will not even give me the employees name that was very untrained and customer service to me and another customer. Here are the pictures of my product as it was going into the location.

The man working was rude tried explaining I was told to ship the xfinity equipment back through there he asked for acct # gave it to him said he can't find acct just waste of my time won't go back there

There driver's literally lied about trying to drop off my package, I have a home security system, I viewed the last 24hrs of footage and no one ever came with my package. Lazy drivers horrible company.

First time sending some documents by Fax. I had no Idea How to Do it. A Black lady who was working there. Barely told me how to do it. When I asked her a Question I can See how Mad she Was. And she had the same attitude with the people That Was In front of me. If you Know That You are a Arrogant and Rude person You definitely shouldn't be working at Place like this. Where you Have to Deal with people. Especially in the Front where you suppose to be helping them, Is unbelievable how Rude this women was. If they don't like to work. Stay Home.

Staff is not willing to help! Super sad because this location is convenient. I used to take all my personal and business needs here. Take your business to OfficeMax on Cty Rd D. Their team is over the top friendly and service is 10/10

Theres a lady there who was so nice and patient with me, helped me package my item, and use her tape since mine was cheap and not sticking on.She made it so easy for me, i appreciate it so much

I went in to get labels for my product. I only had a pdf file and Garett helped me figure out what my best option for material would be, how to properly size them, and made sure I got the product before my deadline. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get everything I needed done and even helped me find the best option for shipping. Over all great service and friendly staff.

Woah!!This is my first time using FedEx for a return on an Adidas product. First off the store is clean, organized, and bright. Secondly in my first time interacting with staff here I have already had a better interaction than my years of using UPS! Will definitely be coming back here and will be ditching UPS if this excellent customer service continues.

Overall a great Company. Their faxing needs great improvement though. I needed to fax over 40 pages of documents. It’s over $2 per page to fax. If it’s over $80 total you’ll need to separate into 2 transactions. The machine errors, and it’s crawling to send esp when you’re in a time crunch. I timed it and it’s taking 1 min 16 seconds per page to send. Send help!!
