I was across the street from Firestone at a store, when I came out to get in my car one tire was completely flat. Kane was at the desk when I limped my car across the street and into the parking lot. He was great to work with and had someone look at it right away. They were busy that day, but they quickly put my spare tire on - kept the damaged tire to repair and got me on my way. Thought it would be a while before they could get to my tire, but they called just moments later. I drove back, they put on a new tire in just minutes. The team was super! They treated everyone with respect and efficiency. I will be back!

Been going to Firestone in Maplewood for the last several years. There have been hiccups along the way (wrong parts ordered that resulted in long waits, etc.) they have always been great about communication, etc. This time though they rescheduled our appointment without contacting me. Luckily I looked at my email and saw they changed it before wasting my time. If y’all don’t have an appointment time available it shouldn’t show as available on the website. Or, you know, call and let a person know?

Going to a car repair shop is like going to the dentist, it feels like every thing is fine until they start poking around and give you options, a bill, and a unworkable time line. My car come in on a tow truck, this gives me no option on estimates or changing my mind. That being said, my service tech and mechanics dealt with me in a fair and quick manor, my problems were solved in a quick manor and I feel the price was fair and the work was done well. One really cant ask for much more. I'll be back.

Friendly enough but couldn’t do the work I came in to have done. Didn’t bother to tell me until I had already been waiting 2.5 hours. Left grease all over my seat and steering wheel.

Sigh..... the essay I'm going to write......
These guys over here are complete Clowns! While scheduling my appointment due to a TPMS sensor, their manager Lance was very confident after hearing what my issues were and scheduled me for a replacement. The day of my appointment, I brought my car in early (around noon) as I was told I could, and that they'll even likely be able to return it back to me sooner than the scheduled time (5:00PM). WRONG!!! I returned at 5:00pm after not receiving any calls and the same associate that checked me in earlier in the day was completely dumbfounded. All he could tell me was that he has NO IDEA why my car was still out in the lot THIS LONG and that no one had even started looking into it yet.
He then blamed his manager Lance and said that Lance likely overbooked them that day. On top of all the frustration, he then stated that per his computer, they DID NOT even have the sensor that was needed for my vehicle that day and I'll have to come back tomorrow as the soonest they can get it in, would be through another store early in the morning. He also promise that my vehicle would be the first one the technicians will work on. During this whole exchange, he brought in the technician that was there that day and both of them confirmed they will have it done by 9:00am the next morning as I told them I would need the vehicle for work. They confirmed the technicians will be in at 8:00am and gave me their assurance as I told them I'll keep my car there overnight as well.
Guess what, NOPE!! The next morning I returned at 9:00am, my car was still in the same spot (haven't been touched) and there was now A LINE OF PEOPLE waiting for their vehicles. Lance whom is now sitting in the front counter, knew from reviewing his computer that they were supposed to work on mine first he has NO IDEA what his technicians are doing. As I was already there, he asked me to just wait as it should be a quick fix. As I had no choice now, I decided to wait to see if they could make the what seemed like an impossible task possible.
I kid you not, two new customers came in and complained to Lance after I had arrived. I confirmed with them that they had their vehicles serviced the day before, and brought up issues that they've now seen with their vehicles. I recall one customer stating that they had bought new tires the day before and somehow the tires are now FLAT!?!? I didn't recall the second one's issues as I'm just completely in awe how incompetent these guys were. After a total of 30 mins of waiting and hearing complaints, I went up to Lance and quietly asked for my keys. Lance quietly said sorry and that was the end.
BOTTOM LINE- stay away from this location. They'll point fingers at each other and take no responsibility for their faults. Never coming to this location again.

I was a longtime customer of Firestone Maplewood. The last visit made me end my business with them. 2 things. One major and one minor. I'll start with the minor issue. I go in for a simple alignment at 11:30 am. The guy in the office quoted me at $189.99. He said there was a $20 coupon he found. The car wasn't done until 5 pm. When I got back to Firestone a different guy was up front. I paid $209. I figure it was due to tax. Wrong. I checked the invoice and they added a $19 charge for "Shop Supplies" what kind of supplies are consumed by an alignment???? They avoided the question.
Now for the major issue and the reason they lost my business. When I got to my Jeep the shift knob felt a little tighter and so felt around the knob to find out that the little plastic piece that covers the "PRND" was loose. Not just loose but came right off. Something I have never had an issue with in the past. they were closing up so I came back in the morning to talk with a manager. The manager looked up the order and said, "The technician was Terry and he's been doing this for 30 years." I said well, was there any issues did they have to get in there for any reason. He said, "No, for an alignment they don't touch the center console nothing but simply driving in the shop and driving out". I say that worries me even more because if they weren't supposed to be digging around the center console then why is it broke? Can they fix the issue. He said, "you'll have to put a claim in because we can't do anything about it. we didn't do it." So they completely denied responsibility which is the most ridiculous customer service I've ever been through.
I made a claim and they weren't any better. The result was a $14 refund check that still hasn't arrived after waiting 2 weeks for a real solution.
Ridiculous. Take responsibility Firestone. You should be fixing the problem and not denying responsibility. I am still shocked to the core that a business like Firestone treated their customer of 10+ years like this. One single problem from all the visits and they act like this... I'll just have to get service done by the dealership like I should have to begin with. Maybe the technicians are not adequate to handle newer Jeeps. Thanks Alot.

I literally cannot sing the praises of Lance any louder. We moved to WBL 4 years ago when our son was 15 and learning to drive and he has been there every step of the way. There is no one else on earth I would ever trust with my husband and sons safety! If Lance says you need something, you need it. My son and I were talking in the car on our way home today and I said we have peaked as people. When you find a mechanic you trust completely and never even think to question, you've hit the lottery and we know we have! Lance, thank you!

All of the bad reviews are 101% accurate. Do not bring your car for any reason to this place, unless you're willing to risk 10k on car repairs. Zero responsibility.
